I’m really pleased I found these lot. A neighbour mentioned Coffee Factory, so I gave the first bag a go and it was spot on. Joined the subscription after that. The website could be a touch simpler, but they’re helpful on the phone and the beans are excellent.
The point I stopped looking elsewhere
lovely coffee, sensible packaging and deliveries that arrive without any fuss. Glad it turned out to be more than a one-off present.
My morning cup, sorted
I hesitated at first because there aren’t loads of blends to choose from, and the price is a bit higher than supermarket coffee. Still, I gave it a go for our weekday espresso machine and, honestly, the difference was obvious. The single origins have proper character without tasting overly fancy or weird. Not every bag has been my absolute favourite, but they’ve all been fresh and clearly well chosen. I also like knowing the coffee comes from smaller growers rather than some huge anonymous supply chain. Ordering is straightforward, and deliveries have turned up quickly each time. It’s become our regular coffee now.
