Fathers' Day gift set
I came across an advert on Facebook for a Fathers' Day gift set of malt whiskies and thought I'd give it a go. My dad was absolutely thrilled with it and now it's turned into a yearly thing to get him one. Since then, I've been exploring their website and it's like finding a hidden treasure trove of unique spirits at really good prices. My husband and daughters were delighted with the Mozart Cream Liqueurs that we got instead of Easter eggs. We've placed a few orders with them now and every time the products have been perfect, well packaged, and delivered quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.
Whiskey purchase
I recently bought some whiskey from this retailer and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality and range they have. The prices were reasonable and even though they're not always the cheapest, I'd prefer to support a small independent shop that focuses on drinks. The delivery was top-notch, with really secure packaging that made sure my order arrived in perfect shape. My only small gripe would be the delivery charge, which can be a bit steep for smaller orders. But the fast delivery and great packaging more than make up for it.

I'm not a trade customer, but I have to say the prices for retail are really great. Ordering was easy and there were loads of products to choose from. Now that I've become a trade customer, the customer service is top-notch and the prices are brilliant. I love using this company, especially with the next day delivery option - saves me looking at other websites. Honestly, one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Whisky and spirits purchase
As someone who works in the whisky industry selling casks, I would definitely suggest Master of Malt to my clients and friends. The level of service they offer really stands out. They're happy to match any offer, and their customer service is superb, always quick to respond even outside regular hours. I really wish other UK companies could deliver the same level of service as Master of Malt. Whenever I need to buy whisky or any spirits, they're always my first choice. Just a fantastic company.
First time ordering, easy to use
Ordering from Master of Malt was so easy, the website was really simple to use and I had no problems placing my order. I was so happy when I saw the estimated delivery time was for Tuesday, but guess what? My order actually turned up on Saturday! I was so pleased with the service and communication from Master of Malt that I will definitely be coming back to order from them again.
April Fool whisky
I bought the April Fool whisky from a secret source, thinking it would be a great new whisky to try. But, to be honest, I was really let down by the whisky I got from Master of Malt. It tasted too young, didn't have much body or flavour, and just didn't live up to what I was hoping for. I was expecting a much higher quality whisky from Master of Malt, especially considering how much I paid for it. I feel like I got a raw deal with this purchase, as I've had better whiskies that cost a lot less. It's a shame we don't know which distillery it's from, because I was hoping for a better example of their whisky.
Birthday gift rum
I ordered a bottle of rum for my boyfriend's birthday recently, and I have to say, I was really pleased with the whole process. The packaging was done really well, no breakages, and the card they included for my message was a lovely touch. The quality of the cover they used to protect the liquor was top-notch and really enhanced the overall presentation. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Now, all that's left is to see what my boyfriend thinks of the rum!
Rum Experience Box
I was a bit hesitant at first because some folks mentioned not to trust this place, but I decided to take a chance, and I'm really happy I did! I went ahead and got the Rum Experience Box, and it arrived surprisingly quickly, even faster than I thought. It was all nicely wrapped like a gift with plenty of bubble wrap to keep it safe during delivery. Plus, they threw in a £5 voucher for my next purchase, which I thought was pretty cool.

I was really pleased with how fast my order arrived. I placed it in the evening and it came the next day, much quicker than I thought. What's more, they even threw in a free sample of American rye, which was a lovely surprise. The service was top-notch and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I've bought stuff from this website a few times and they've always been great. But my last order got held up by the delivery company, which was a bit annoying. Luckily, Master of Malt sorted it out and sent a replacement when the item was available again. All in all, I'd say this site is good and I'll be using it again for sure.

Oh my goodness, you won't believe it - I treated myself to a whisky taster set and when I opened it on Christmas day, one of the bottles was actually leaking! What a nightmare. However, I got in touch with the company and they were so helpful, they had a replacement sent out to me really fast. I have to say, that's top-notch customer service, especially over the festive period!
