smooth, melts on your tongue rather than crumbling, not too sweet. My sister was opening them as I was explaining the ordering nonsense, and she barely let me finish before tucking in. The hazelnut one had a crunch that felt natural, and the ganache was silky, not greasy. Packaging felt premium without being fussy; practical, tidy.
So yeah, the customer service route was bumpy — slow responses, a fair bit of back-and-forth — but the end result delivered. If I’m honest, I was sceptical the whole time, expecting more hassle, but getting decent communication later and a good-quality product made me feel better. Would I order again? Maybe, but I’d double-check everything during checkout and keep screenshots handy, just in case.
