The wines were really nice and I was really impressed with how they were packaged. I ordered them on the 5th of May and got them on the 17th, which I knew might take a bit longer because of customs. This was my third time ordering from this company and everything went perfectly as usual.

Champagne sabre in oak box
I ordered something from a website that starts with a V, and it was meant to be really cool with a fancy box and all. But you know what? The box was totally smashed when it arrived! I followed the rules and sent them photos of the damaged box, but they just said "sorry, no can do" because I'm in the UK. They tried to pass off the broken box as having a 'rustic' charm, which is a pretty weak excuse if you ask me.

Missing items in my delivery
I was really gutted to see that, yet again, a whole case of wine was missing from my delivery. This has happened three times now, and it's really getting to me - so stressful and inconvenient. I've paid for those bottles, and now I don't have anything to drink. It's really annoying not being able to trust that I'll get what I've ordered from you guys. I'm starting to wonder if I should keep ordering from you in the future.
Second purchase of wine
I can't believe I got sucked in again and ended up ordering from this online wine shop. The selection of wines may be okay, but the deals for buying multiple bottles are nothing special. And let's not even talk about their "wide range of budget Bordeaux" - it's really just average. Their delivery might be free, but they seriously need to work on communicating about when the package will arrive. All in all, my second time buying from Vinatis was a letdown.
