Didn't expect much, but product feels solid and easy to use; packaging could improve
Reluctant convert
Needed a new mattress for my aching back; sceptical at first, but delivery bloke was brilliant and helpful.
Proper surprise
Tried them last December and expected little. First bottle surprised me — that's when I was properly pleased. Good prices, quick service, small hiccup.
Decent range, no fuss
Good choice overall. Bought a Seven Crofts gin. Reasonable prices, some unusual bottles. Staff were unexpectedly helpful, delivery came quick.
Unexpectedly decent
Worth a try. Saw the Hello Kitty wine on Instagram, my mate nudged me into ordering, so I did. Surprisingly drinkable, not too sweet, and yeah, delivery was fast.
A bit rocky but now happy

Loved it, honestly. Saw them at a farmers' market and my mate tipped the Rapaura Reserve; arrived unbroken, and the sauvignon was surprisingly zippy.

Solid but not flawless
Liked it overall, though not perfect — decent range and useful filters but a bit fiddly at times. I use it to grab wine for weeknight dinners and the bin-end bargains were surprisingly good, saved me a bit and even found a new favourite. I'll be back.
Bit sceptical, pleasantly surprised
Oddly enough I chose this shop because it’s in Somerset — felt like buying local. I was a bit wary at first (had a couple of dodgy deliveries from other firms), but the parcel turned up really quickly, well wrapped, no dramas. Customer service were friendly and answered a daft question straight away. The Canadian wine was proper lovely. Will definitely order again.
Wine, a leak and radio silence
don't expect a reply, but the wine itself was lovely. I ordered six bottles because they actually had a vintage I like, and on arrival one was smashed — box soaked, red wine dragged from the lift to our flat, proper mess. I emailed three times with photos, waited and waited, nothing back. Bit annoyed, bit impressed the rest survived and tastes great. If you try them, maybe phone delivery people or nudge the packaging.
