Thought I'd miss the wine, honestly — I was a bit sceptical before buying, wondered if the non-alcoholic option would taste like cardboard or be too sweet. Turns out Mother Root has proper bite; the ginger wakes you up and it's not trying to be something it's not. I mostly swapped my nightly glass for it, but now I'm sipping one after work, sometimes mid-afternoon, it fits. Delivery and packaging were tidy, bottles arrived safe. Bought a few as presents too. Pretty chuffed it's healthy and actually enjoyable — glad I gave it a go.
Delivery mess, flat response
they suggested it was taken by a neighbour and told me to log a missing-item report. They haven't offered to file a police report themselves, which seems odd, and their tone felt defensive rather than helpful. It's been a bother, and I'm now lining up a chargeback through my card because they failed to prove delivery. Frustrating, to say the least.
