    Over £100 order

    I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I made an order for over £100 back in October 2021 and it never showed up. I sent them several emails, but all I got back were the same standard responses about Covid causing delays. It's been two years now and still no word. I even tried calling them, but no one ever answered. I recently reached out to them again, assuming Covid wouldn't be an issue anymore, but got the same excuse about delays. I started to worry that I'd been scammed, but the contact information I used was from their official website, and I couldn't find anything on Google suggesting it was a fake. I'd recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

    The product was a great price and the brandy was really nice. But the delivery was a letdown, they didn't keep me updated and were slow. I didn't like being pushed to get an app to check my order, it was just another hassle. So, the product was good, but getting it was a bit of a pain.

    Bottle of Hennessy VS Cognac

    I recently ordered a bottle of Cognac from Ultimate Drinks and unfortunately, my experience has been pretty bad. I placed the order at the beginning of January but it's now mid-February and I still haven't received it. I've tried calling them but no one picks up, and when I email them, I just get automated responses blaming delays on COVID. It's really frustrating to wait six weeks for a single bottle of Cognac, especially when they blame it on staff shortages. This kind of service is just not on, it's really disappointing and makes me feel like I've been tricked. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company, as they can't be relied upon.

    Large order of over £1,500

    My experience with Ultimate Drinks was really disappointing because their communication was very poor. I tried to call them but got no answer, and it took many emails before they responded - only after I said I would cancel my £1,500 order. This kind of communication is not good enough, and it sounds like other customers have had similar problems based on reviews. I wouldn't advise using this company and won't be using their services again.

    Favourite wine delivery

    I'm really pleased with the service I received from Ultimate Drinks. Even though they had delays and fewer staff because of COVID restrictions, they managed to deliver my favourite wine in good time and well-packaged, around three weeks after I ordered it. I appreciate having a company that can provide such top-notch products. I'll definitely be coming back for more once my current supply runs low. Huge kudos to the team at Ultimate Drinks for their fantastic service!

    I recently bought some drinks from Ultimate Drinks, and although the drinks themselves were good and just as described, I was really unhappy with the service I got. My order was delayed, so I got in touch with them on the phone and by email to ask about when my drinks were coming. Sadly, they didn't reply at all - no response or anything. It made me feel ignored and frustrated as a customer. I even had to get my card company involved to try and stop the payment, because I wasn't sure if I'd ever get my order. It was disappointing to see that other people had similar problems on TrustPilot. The lack of communication and customer service really put me off, so I'll definitely be looking at other options before going back to Ultimate Drinks in the future.

    Christmas drink order

    I ordered my Christmas drink on the 14th for express delivery so I could get it before Christmas. It's now the 21st and it still hasn't been dispatched! I've tried to contact them but no one is answering the phone or email. They're saying they have a staff shortage because of Covid, but if that's true, they shouldn't be offering express delivery! I won't be ordering from them again, it's a complete mess!

    I bought a bottle of whiskey from this company and was really impressed with the great customer service I got. I contacted them to see if they could deliver it on a certain day, thinking I might have to pay extra for that. But they actually didn't charge me extra and the order arrived at 9am on the day I asked for. The communication was really clear and they went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. I'll definitely be buying from them again because of the fantastic service.

    Like everyone else, I was really impressed with the quality and price of the products I bought. But I have to say, the customer service was just not up to scratch. I was expecting my delivery to arrive within 7 days, but after 2 weeks had passed, there was still no sign of it. I tried sending an email, but all I got back was an automatic response blaming the delay on Covid. When I tried calling, my phone just kept ringing and ringing. I started to get quite worried as the items I ordered were supposed to be Christmas presents. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, I got a notification from Parcel Force saying that my order was on its way.

    My recent order took a bit longer to arrive than I thought it would, but I was happy with how the customer service team kept me informed.
