easy to clip in, holds up through my commute and a gym session, no odd smell, and it takes a quick brush and a light style without falling apart. So, relieved rather than thrilled. I appreciate that the product itself was decent — thankful, actually — but I wouldn't call the service good. A simple, honest update from them would have made a huge difference. If they sort their communication I might try them again, but for now I'd be cautious.
Wrong delivery, slow replies
I was meant to be getting this fitted weeks ago, and that's where it starts — mid-January the parcel was marked delivered to a different house. I sent photos showing the carrier’s “proof of delivery” wasn’t my address, but since then it’s been a long, slow parade of vague replies. They opened an “investigation” on 12 January and it felt like nothing happened after that, just asking me to check neighbours even though one has mobility problems and couldn’t have taken it. After all the back-and-forth their final offer was a 25% refund, and they won’t send a replacement or refund in full. I’ve dealt with other sellers who sorted these things quickly, so this felt particularly poor. I’m annoyed about losing about £250 and now a fitting slot and deposit. Not furious, just disappointed — better service exists elsewhere.
