Second Nature

Being diagnosed with diabetes can affect many areas of our lives. One may start having to worry about what they eat, taking insulin, and always checking blood glucose, which mounts pressure and worries on the person affected and their families. There are a few lifestyle changes that help manage diabetes such as adopting a ketogenic diet, exercising, and meditation. While these have been proven to be effective, people tend to get tired of them quickly as they last for a prolonged period. However, some companies are now offering more convenient ways to manage and reverse diabetes through online behavioural programs. One of them is Second Nature. Before giving them a try, do check out independent reviews of the company written here by previous participants of the program. Their views and comments can help you decide if Second Nature is right for you.
