    Ordered a £50 bouquet, recipient sent me a pic and I was so embarrassed. You could have spent £10 in a supermarket and got a better bunch. Customer service fobbed me off. Do not use this company!

    Moonlight Roses and a Blue Tedy beat

    Fresh, lovely beautiful flowers

    the flower is the best way to express your emotions to someone, i am ordering flowers from the Serenata for a long time. i am an old customer as well as satisfied too.

    I received a box of flowers last Saturday 6th June and was very disappointed. Instead of the wow factor on opening the box, the flowers looked squashed and half dead. I have used Serenta before to send flowers to family and just hope they were not in the same condition as mine. Will not use this company again.

    I received a box of flowers last Saturday 19th September. I was very disappointed to see that the bouquet contained a few blue and purple flowers down the centre of the arrangement and the rest and majority of it was plain dull greenery. I had received a number of other bouquets in similar sized boxes which were filled with beautiful flowers and are lasting well. In the Serenata bouquet the greenery is now drying out and dying and the flowers are past their best. I would not recommend using this company .

    I am absolutely disgusted with this order. It's the first time I've used your company and for £35 I'd expect a better product.
    I purchased this bouquet to give to my Mum on Mother's Day and judging by what she has received, she probably thinks her hate her.
    Most of the flowers are squashed or flattened. The leafs are shrivelled or dead. You don't say on your site that they get delivered in a box and need to be assembled upon delivery, the picture shows a bouquet in wrapping with a bow! You are misrepresenting your product and misleading your customers.
    Absolutely shocking to charge that much and just post a load of dead flowers in a box.
    I don't want re-delivery, I don't even want the first lot I ordered from you.

    Jonathan, I have had the same experience - They were compared with the website image different as chalk and cheese. Serenata not interested only told me to send a further photo in 3 or so days time. Feel very upset and annoyed that this Mothers day gift was sent with much love from my daughter

    Christmas flowers

    Ordered flowers to arrive on the 23rd Dec paid premium guarantee delivery and didn't turn up, so they delivered them the dollowing day and the state of the flowers was terrible. So I contacted the company straight away.
    They said they was extremely sorry and would like to offer a replacement but could not deliver till the 29th Dec well today my mother got the flower in worse condition than the first lot. Both occasions the flowers were falling apart all heads falling off. And on the replacement box the box was all smashed up and dented with half the flowers missing. I wish I could uploads photos so you can see for yourself the state of this product. You really would of thought after paying a lot of money and premium delivery if they got ot wrong the first time, they would go above and beyond the 2nd time not twice as bad. I can honestly say this is the worst company I've ever used and i will never use again. This company should be ashamed of what they have done to a customer over the Christmas period

    There are plenty of other UK flower delivery services, just google another one NOW. You don't need to read on.

    Same old story. Ordered flowers (for a 40th birthday) AND THEY DID NOT ARRIVE. Their tracking service extends to "it has been ordered and sent to some random florist for whom we have no oversight over", was following it and curiously emailed to see what was going on only to be told that my ordered hadn't been delivered and this was news to them.

    WHATS THEN EVEN WORSE IS THE COMPENSATION THEY OFFERED FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE was either a refund OR sending the flowers 5 days late. Not both, or any form of compensation beyond to make amends, no attempt to rectify their error other basic "we're sorry email".

    Accidents of course happen - i can accept that- but the limited and paltry compensation together with their total lack of oversight over their vendors and general incompetence is reason TO AVOID AVOID AVOID.

    Flowers - Cream Tea

    Long time user of Serenata Flowers, normally good service and high quality bouquets. I purchased the Cream Tea bouquet and was incredibly disappointed with the low quality bouquet that arrived, looking completely different from the image on the website and disappointing the recipient.
    Excellent Ordering and Delivery, but I can't bring myself to give them more than a 4 overall score as they don't deserve it.

    I voiced these concerns to the customer service team who told me that the correct number of stems were in the order and so they considered the service and quality acceptable, despite significant difference in the photos - which I would love to share with this review.

    Based on the subsequent poor customer service, I have closed my account and will not be using them again.

    NEXT DAY FLOWER DELIVERY

    HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
    I ordered birthday flowers online on Tuesday 26th October.
    The website GAVE the option for delivery next day on Wednesday 27th October.
    I was told during the day on Wednesday at different times that they were with the courier and due to be delivered.
    The customer service agents continued to tell me they would be delivered by 9pm.
    THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED.
    Today - Thursday 28th October- I now find out that they have only just been dispatched today and were not even dispatched yesterday as i was told!!! so everyone just lied to me yesterday.
    They refuse to give me a refund, even when they have been unable to deliver when a customer requests and PAYS for it.
    disgusting service, i am appalled and will never use them gain and ensure everyone i know never uses them either.
    i am disgusted they have the audacity to lie so blatantly to customers, take my money for a service, not provide that service then refuse to refund me when they are UNABLE to provide that paid for service. What sort of a business is that?
    i hope one day you receive the same service i have and then you might understand how disgraceful what you have done is.

    Did place the order 9 days prior to delivery date. The order never arrived and customer support is not willing to give refund.

    'Floral Ratatouille'

    "Delivering Happiness" - but not necessarily on the right day. I chose Serenata (first) time as they had a 'local' supplier/partner in the delivery area for my mum's birthday, and also they were offering a 'next day' delivery.

    Got my order confirmation - date (and '8am - 8pm window') but they were not "dispatched" until the morning AFTER the booked date, and did not arrive until midday on. Raised a complaint with them for refund/compensation, but besides offering me their "heartfelt apologies", they offered nothing more than an excuse for why they miss the odd ("3%" apparently) delivery commitment.

    So, even though they offer a next day/specifc date delivery, buried in their T&Cs it says 'you should allow 24 hours after the intended delivery for the flowers to be delivered'. So that's good then.

    Not sure what the 'new normal' looks like, but personally I'm looking forward to companies no longer using 'the Covid excuse' for poor service.

    Magic moment bouquet

    Do not buy from this company disgusting presentation. Box turns up with withered flowers they are nothing like the photos on advertisements you will definitely get your fingers burnt if you order from these.
