When the box turned up earlier than expected I thought, good start. It actually charges my phone wirelessly (surprised me), and the stand feels sturdy enough for daily use — though the hinge looked a bit rough at first, not perfect. Overall pleased; I'd advise checking it quickly on arrival.
Surprisingly smooth delivery
Parcel arrived sooner than I expected. I’d fiddled with other companies’ editors and this one felt quicker to pick up. The website wasn’t fancy but did the job; plenty of layout choices and I liked adding text to a hardback. Customer service answered a query promptly, which was a nice surprise. Quality is solid. Will probably order again soon.
Late but worth it (mostly)
the item itself does what it’s supposed to, no fuss, and my parents liked it when I gave it to them (that was the plan originally). It wasn’t pristine — a tiny scuff on the box and one corner slightly dented — but nothing that affects performance. Service was a bit hit-and-miss; getting through took persistence and a couple of awkward form retries, but once someone sensible replied they were helpful and sorted a couple of questions out. So yeah, not perfect, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t irritated by the wait and the clunky support, but the product works and I’m happy enough I’d buy again, maybe with a bit more patience next time.
A perfect gift photobook
I've ordered a photobook and it was absolutely amazing! The pages were so nice and thick, and the photos looked really clear even though they were just copies of my printed pictures. It felt like having a mini photo album but much cooler. I'll definitely be sharing this with all my friends and might even get more for myself. Also, it arrived really quickly which was great because I'm not the most patient person.
Photo diary and Xmas cards
I've been using this company for ages, and I must say, I'm over the moon with my yearly photo diary and custom Christmas cards. The quality of their stuff is top-notch, and being able to stick in over 70 photos in my diary is just brilliant. The Christmas cards came out spot on, and I'll definitely be getting more next year. The delivery is always quicker than I think, and being able to pick Royal Mail is a bonus. All in all, I'm chuffed to bits with everything I've bought from them.
Coasters with cute pet photos
I can't believe how amazing the coasters I ordered are! The quality is fantastic and the photos of my pets look really good. I keep showing them off to all my friends because I'm so happy with how they turned out.
Got photos, needed fixing
I received my first batch of photos and they were a bit disappointing because the sides were cut off. However, when I contacted customer service, they were incredibly kind and helpful. They resolved the issue for me and sent me the correct photos free of charge. I thought that was really great.
Delayed order
I ordered something ages ago and it was meant to show up last week, but it's 21st May now and it's still not here. I'm really let down and irritated by this situation. I've been really looking forward to getting my delivery, so this delay is a massive disappointment. I'm hoping this problem can be sorted out soon.
Personalised phone cover purchase
I just got a custom phone case for my wife to replace her old one. I thought I'd go for the same design that I got for myself last time, since I was really pleased with how it turned out. I chose a photo that I knew she would love, and I was right! It was super simple to personalise the cover, and it came out looking amazing. When my wife got it, she was over the moon with it and it fit her phone like a glove.
Custom calendar purchase
I've been using this calendar maker for a good 15 years now because the quality is top-notch and there's such a great range of styles to pick from. Although it might be a bit pricier than some others out there, I really think that the quality makes it worth it. Plus, there are usually discount codes floating around, which sweetens the deal even more. I can confidently say that I'm a loyal customer and will stick with this calendar maker for the foreseeable future.

Personalised UNO cards without swap/shuffle hand cards.
I recently bought two sets of personalised UNO cards, but they didn't have the swap/shuffle hand cards found in newer packs. I was disappointed because I didn't know they were the older versions. I contacted customer service, but they couldn't give me the missing cards. Now I have to buy new packs somewhere else to complete the personalised sets, which is expensive. I suggest not buying UNO cards from here if you want the newer versions with all the cards you need.
Photobooks, mugs, calendars, prints
I recently bought some personalised items like photobooks, mugs, calendars, and prints from an online shop. I was really happy with the stuff when it came. The website was dead easy to get around on and had loads of designs to pick from. Making my own personalised enamel mug was a doddle, and the end result was spot on. Awesome cards
I've just received some really cool cards and they are just perfect! They look exactly how I wanted them to and they arrived really quickly. I'm definitely going to order more soon because I love them so much!
Speedy service but spoiled by cropped photograph
The service was quick, but I was a bit let down by the photo on my cards. The sun in my image was in the corner, but on the printed cards, it got cut off. It might not be a big deal for some, but it really mattered to me and affected how the cards looked.
Phone case not received
I ordered a phone case, but it hasn't turned up yet! I sent an email to ask about it and was told they sent a free replacement. However, I still haven't received anything! I'm beginning to think I should just request a refund.
Amazing planner calendar
Oh my goodness, this planner calendar is just amazing! The quality is so good and it arrived really quickly. I've been using it for ages and it's ideal for keeping up with all our family's activities.
