Guided meditations
I'm really disappointed by the way the customer service team handled things following my guided meditations purchase. It seems like I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with them. Another person had trouble accessing their stuff too. The system's errors just kept causing payment problems, and the customer service reps didn't really help. It felt like they didn't properly understand what was going wrong, and they just brushed off the issue. I didn't feel listened to or valued as a customer. I was hoping for a more professional and caring approach from the team, especially when it comes to fixing technical problems. But, unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations, and now I've got a pretty bad view of their customer service in general.
Meditations purchase
Avoid using this company. I purchased some meditations but couldn't access or download them. The customer support took forever to reply, and when they finally did, they weren't helpful at all. The meditations kept cutting off after just 5 minutes, and I couldn't even get a refund. It's a complete scam, so don't bother wasting your money here.
