I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience. I have not received my order, and Punk Bike has informed me that they have no record of it in their system. The only means of communication with Wowcher is through WhatsApp, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
I have already requested a refund, but now I must wait 24 hours for a response. It’s alarming how easily they can take your money, yet securing a refund or reaching customer support is nearly impossible.
Based on this experience, I cannot endorse Wowcher, and I will be sharing my concerns with others to warn them.Bought a voucher for a deal
I recently bought a voucher deal and it was pretty cool, but to be honest, it was a bit frustrating that I couldn't just order directly on Wowcher. Like, why do I have to purchase the voucher first and then go to the website and use a code? Can't we simplify this process? Apart from that, it was okay.
Spa package

I've bought a bunch of kitchen gadgets from Wowcher before and I've always been really pleased with the stuff I've received. I went for afternoon tea at this posh spot and it was absolutely amazing! The sandwiches were divine and the cakes were incredibly tasty. The staff were so friendly and made us feel really at home. I felt like royalty having tea like they do in the movies. It was such a delightful experience and I'm already looking forward to doing it again!
Lucky dip deals
I recently gave Wowcher a go for the first time and took a chance on one of their lucky dip deals. I was really looking forward to finding out what surprise item I would get. But when it arrived, it turned out to be completely different from what I had in mind. It was something that I have no use for and I felt like I had wasted my money.
