there was a little sample tucked in, which surprised me. Communication felt a bit generic.
Still going strong, with a caveat
Walked into the Auckland shop years back and picked up a Global. Bought four knives — two Globals and two Victory knives. The Globals still slice perfectly. Staff were friendly. Ordered two more and the site could be clearer; I'd ring first to check stock before ordering.
