Honestly, really impressed — arrived next morning. Ordering was dead easy, got updates, proper fast. After some slow experiences elsewhere, this felt really reassuring, nice one cheers.
Half-packed and waiting
Halfway through boxing up the kitchen I realised I needed new mixing bowls — moving house, spine's been playing up so wanted easy-to-handle stuff. They took money then put items on long pre-order; customer service was polite but slow. Delivery eventually turned up, okay.
Mostly pleasing
there was a little sample tucked in, which surprised me. Communication felt a bit generic.
Still going strong, with a caveat
Walked into the Auckland shop years back and picked up a Global. Bought four knives — two Globals and two Victory knives. The Globals still slice perfectly. Staff were friendly. Ordered two more and the site could be clearer; I'd ring first to check stock before ordering.
Little heirloom
the very same model was our wedding gift years back. The site was easy to use and the Italian build feels properly solid. Needed something reliable after cheaper kits failed, a bit nostalgic.
