Spent ages sorting suppliers for our kitchen projects, I know what to expect. Ordered a handle that never arrived; courier marked it as undelivered and they say they're waiting for a return — yet nothing was collected. Customer service barely replied and won’t refund. It’s annoying when you order thousands of handles a year and then have to chase a single missing item. Product's fine when it turns up, but delivery and support were poor.
Not what I expected, but they sorted it
I opened the box thinking 'perfect', but the handles were missing the black finish shown in the photo. I emailed them and was told the picture had a 'shadow' — fair enough, but then they said I’d have to pay postage to return. I pushed back and they eventually sent a return voucher by email. The husband liked them and fitted them to avoid more faff. Delivery was quick, customer service got there in the end, but the fittings feel thin and I doubt they'll last. I'd probably buy elsewhere next time.
Unexpectedly handy
we'd read tales of tricky assembly so went in braced for it, but the team turned up in the slot they'd promised, handled the awkward parking on our narrow lane, and faced our massive Victorian skirting boards without blinking. They even trimmed the base to fit — bit of a surgical job done in the kitchen doorway — and left hardly any dust. The piston mechanism is genuinely smooth, makes pulling down and tucking away almost pleasant, and when closed it doesn't dominate the sitting room. Tiny gripe: took a moment to find the best angle for the handles, but that's me being fussy. Overall, pleasantly surprised and I've already told a couple of friends about it.
Tiny flat miracle
the handles were meant to be in the box but weren't — one quick email and they arrived the next day, which surprised me. Proper quality, really pleased and telling everyone about it.
