Outdoor furniture purchase
I recently bought some outdoor furniture from this company. I usually like to see and feel things in person before buying them, so I was a bit unsure about getting furniture online at first. I talked to a really helpful salesperson who gave me all the info I needed to make my purchase. The ordering process went really smoothly, and I got an instant confirmation of my order. The logistics team kept me updated on when my delivery was scheduled, and on the day, they called to let me know it was on its way. Two friendly delivery guys showed up and carefully unloaded all my items - 6 chairs, a big table, a lazy Suzan, umbrella, and base. Everything was packed really securely, so it took a bit of time to unpack, but the quality of the items was top-notch. It all went beyond my expectations, and I'm super happy with my purchase.
Outdoor furniture table and chairs
I've bought outdoor furniture from this company a few times over the years and have always been happy with the quality. The Rattan they use is much better than cheaper options, and the cushions and other accessories have always held up well. Recently, I splurged on an £800 table and two chairs, and they were top-notch as expected. Although there was a little delay with the delivery, the company kept me updated every step of the way and even made up for the inconvenience. Overall, my experience with Rattan Direct was fantastic, and I'd like to thank them for their exceptional service once again. Outdoor furniture set
I recently bought an outdoor furniture set from this company and I'm pretty satisfied with how it all went. The website was easy to use, so I had no trouble finding and buying the furniture I liked. I liked that they kept me updated on when the delivery would be, so it was good for planning my day. The furniture came well-packed and just as they had described it. I've been really enjoying having it in my outdoor space, it gives it a bit of a lively feel. The only downside is that I had to swap out the covers that came with it because they weren't totally rainproof. It was a bit annoying, especially with all the rain we've been having recently.

Rattan direct is a great online shop to buy rattan furniture which is perfect for garden, balcony and lawn spaces. I loved the kind of quality I get with rattan. I loved rattan material for furniture so much that i am trying to replace my house furnitures with rattan.

On ringing today there is no delivery other than September!!

ShockingDining set purchase
I recently got this awesome dining set and it was a breeze to assemble. I'm absolutely chuffed with how it fits in my house, but I was a bit gutted because the free parasol that was meant to be included was nowhere to be found. I've reached out to Customer Services, so hopefully they'll get it sorted out soon.
Cushions for rattan chairs

Garden furniture purchase
Ordering the garden furniture was really simple, but there were a few problems with the delivery. They couldn't deliver it on the day I wanted, and to make matters worse, they only brought three out of the four boxes at first. Thankfully, they did eventually bring the fourth box on the same day, although it took a bit of bother. I have to say, though, the furniture was packaged really well - each cushion was wrapped up on its own in plastic. The quality of the furniture and cushions is actually really good, and I'm grateful they included covers for easy storage. Despite the delivery mix-ups, I'm happy with what I bought and can't wait to relax in the garden once the weather perks up.

I was really thrilled when I ordered my 3 seater sofa online. I kept getting updates on its delivery and it actually arrived on schedule. The sofa is really good quality and it even came with its own posh weatherproof cover. It looks fantastic in my garden, I keep admiring it. Late delivery
I'm really disappointed with the way the communication and delivery time has been for my purchase. I ordered something back in early April, expecting it to arrive in April, but I didn't hear anything until I decided to ask. Every time I asked about a delivery date, it kept getting delayed. I just think the lack of communication is really not on.
Mismatched furniture
I can't believe the madness I'm dealing with at this place. I mean, I bought some furniture and they sent me the wrong stuff not just once, but twice! And now they're not even bothering to come and collect it so I can get my money back. How rude is that? I've had enough of them. The furniture is just sitting in boxes on my driveway, looking all sorry for itself. Ugh, I won't be making that mistake again!

My ordering experience was really easy and the delivery went smoothly. The garden furniture is just stunning and the cushions are top-notch. The furniture is so comfy, I can't even describe it. And the fact that it came already assembled is just brilliant. Even though I'm in Scotland and it hasn't stopped raining since the delivery, I'm excited for sunny days to come and enjoy the furniture even more.
