Waiting for an answer
By the time I noticed the delivery date approaching I’d already started doubting the whole thing — the company looked fine online but I’d had better luck elsewhere. I phoned a week before the slot to check what time it would arrive and was told they couldn’t supply the items I’d paid for. I cancelled immediately and, to my surprise, the refund hit my account straight away. Still, I don’t get why they held my money for four weeks without warning — that lack of communication felt sloppy.
Not the summer I expected
Thought I'd have a cosy garden corner for summer, but it's been a wait. Ordered in March, sat waiting, and when bits finally turned up in July two chairs were a different shade — and yes, a second delivery didn't fix it. They told me they couldn't supply a full matching set. Customer service was slow and vague, which is annoying when you're planning family breakfasts outside. I use the pieces every day aside from the missing ones, so it's disappointing and a faff. Someone mentioned they're in administration, maybe that's why. Wouldn't buy again.
Half a summer, half a set
Sun on the patio and no matching chairs. Ordered in March for the summer. Delivery kept slipping until July. When it finally turned up two chairs were a different colour. They tried again and same thing. Then they said they couldn't supply a complete set. I needed the set early — bad back, so proper chairs matter — and we were moving house, so timing was key. The pieces themselves are fine. Cushions are comfy and the frames feel solid. Still, it's a mess to deal with and I won't risk them again.
Bit disappointed by delivery speed

Little surprise, big relief
Wasn't expecting to be this chuffed about a bistro set, honestly. I ordered mid‑July and at first it was a bit messy — mixed messages about stock meant I nagged them a few times. Faffy delivery, decent kit

Not worth the wait

If you need something on time, I'd suggest using a different supplier or at least be ready to chase and involve your bank.
Booked the day off, sofa no-show
Standing by the front door that morning, I'd already booked the day off and cancelled meetings — I lose money when I don't work — so you can imagine my irritation when the delivery never turned up. I ended up ringing them the next day and, fair play, the person on the phone was polite and apologised properly. The frustrating bit was being told something was in stock and then finding out it wasn't; that lack of communication is what hurt most. I ordered the sofa for family staying over Easter and for the odd evening I work from the sofa, so timing mattered. They've promised a delivery slot after Easter and I'm prepared to give them that chance, though I'm sceptical. If it arrives as rescheduled I'll be happy enough, but if not I'll cancel and won't order again.
Eight years and still comfy
a cushion zip stuck once and the finish has faded slightly on one arm where the sun hits, but overall it feels solid and well made. I did notice recent delivery hiccups — apparently a warehouse move — so if you're in a rush be warned. No connection to the company, just a satisfied buyer who'd tell mates to be patient.
Late cushions, quick fix elsewhere
every reply from the company was apologetic and said a refund would arrive within ten working days, which never did. Bit of a shame for a product I liked.
A bit of a saga, but glad I stuck it out

The finished look is really nice and the table and chairs are comfortable; they’ve settled in well in our dining room. So, was it worth the hassle? Overall yes — the product itself is good and reasonably priced, and once the problem was escalated it was resolved. Could the company improve logistics and customer updates? Definitely. I’d say don’t expect a perfectly smooth ride, but if you’re patient and follow up, you can end up with a decent set. I’ll use them again, but I’ll keep a closer eye on delivery dates next time.
A decent buy, with a bit of faff on the way
the site showed in stock but our chosen colour wasn’t, and that threw the timescales out. That customer service made all the difference, I’ll be honest. If I could offer one tip to others: double-check stock or ping them before you order if timing matters. Price felt fair for the quality. All told I’d buy again, just be ready for the possibility of a slow delivery window and rely on their team to sort it if things go sideways.
Finally some progress, but don’t expect smooth sailing
I’m oddly glad this dragged on because at least it forced proper replacements — eventually — but it’s been a right palaver. I ordered a couple of rattan sets late spring and, while everything did turn up in the end, a lot of it was wrong or damaged and getting anyone to actually own the problem was slow. So conclusion first: it wasn’t brilliant, but things moved forward and I’m relieved some bits are being fixed. Now the why.
I had a Monaco-style daybed and a Cambridge dining set, supposedly in Black & Vanilla. Delivery arrived — that was on time — but nearly everything was off. Cushions came all white with black trim, not the vanilla I’d chosen, one coffee table had a shattered glass top and the other table’s suction thing that keeps the glass in place didn’t work, so the glass just sat loose. The dining table also had the rattan weave coming undone on the surface, which was annoying. I spoke to customer services on the day, ended up talking to someone called Sandra, and emailed a list of issues straight away.
After that it became a bit of a daily nudge to get any replies. I don’t mind chasing, but when you get told it’s another department’s fault or that systems aren’t showing things, you start to lose patience. They did send a replacement table later — which arrived damaged — and then a different colour (grey) despite my order saying black. If I hadn’t checked, they wouldn’t even have realised the replacements had been dropped off. The replacement cushions did come, but again not the colour I’d ordered, so we’re still waiting on that to be right.
On the plus side, the company has arranged collections of the wrong items and said replacements are on their way, though the timescale is long — we’re talking months from the original order. I’ve been kept waiting in the living room with sealed boxes for weeks, which is inconvenient, but at least the situation is being dealt with now, slowly.
If you’re after rattan, there are plenty of other options and if I could do it again I might pick someone else. Still, a tip: be persistent, keep emails and photos, and be prepared to chase — it’s not all hopeless, just not slick.Garden surprise, messy delivery
delivery turned up almost two months late, and we didn't get the promised delivery window or any notification, so someone was home by luck. The courier dropped the boxes on the footpath despite asking for them to be left on the property, which blocked the pavement. Customer support wasn't great either — the chatbot only looks for keywords and calling the number listed gave no answer. Promotional covers were missing and I haven't unpacked all the boxes yet. So far product seems fine, but the service left me disappointed.
Garden table and chairs
Ordered and selected a delivery date, took a day off work but no delivery. Phoned customer services who stated there was no delivery today and they could not give me another date. Cancelled the order, and they stated I would be refunded within 10 days - no refund came. Made a complaint and they blamed too many people cancelling orders and I would have to wait another 10 days. Waited another 10 days and still no refund. Just contacted my credit card company and action fraud.

Bought in October 2024, still not received all items. They are seemingly incapable of delivering on time, make many promises on delivery they cannot honour, broken item, mismatched items (different batches). Avoid at all costs
