not for me — slow and flaky communication left me two months down the line without the radiator I ordered. I needed it because one of my rooms is properly freezing in winter, so I thought a quick delivery would sort it. They emailed saying two weeks, then later claimed it had been dispatched and would arrive in two days, but nothing turned up. Eventually they admitted the supplier was out of stock and couldn't say when more would be available (they suggested I could pick another size). It's been quiet from them for days and I'm chasing a refund. I'm a bit annoyed but trying to stay hopeful they'll sort it — fingers crossed. If you can't wait, look elsewhere.
Smart look, awkward reality
good aftercare, mediocre durability. If you’re buying, check the anti‑corrosion finish or get a warranty — probably sensible.
Worth the hassle
phone lines down, chat offline, so I emailed photos and waited. It wasn't smooth. After a couple of days and a bit of chasing they sent another element, this time packed sensibly and working fine. Installation was straightforward and the rail heats up quickly; the finish actually looks smart and it's made my mornings nicer. It's not flawless — packaging and customer service need work and I was nervous for a while — but the product itself does the job and I’m pleased I stuck with it. Would recommend if you don't mind following up a bit.
Dodgy returns, decent courier
I expected a straight forward exchange and got a saga instead. Ordered a Reina radiator online. Delivery was actually on time and the driver was polite, which was a shock — so points for that. Builders had to check the parcel and, as builders do, ripped the outer cardboard a bit. Radiator itself was untouched. I tried to return within the 14-day window. Repeatedly told no. Kept getting the same flat answers. Felt like being bounced around. I even checked trading standards because it didn't sit right. On top of that the website pushes you to buy extra brackets as an add-on, and only later did I discover brackets are already fitted — odd up-sell. Customer service couldn't be bothered to help, or at least that's how it felt. Left me annoyed but oddly relieved the radiator works fine. If you've had worse elsewhere then perhaps this is average, but I wouldn't risk it. Be careful with their returns process.
