Was a bit wary at first — kitchen plug kept tripping and I'd lost faith after two other trades. These blokes dug in, found a dodgy connection, fixed it and checked everything before they left. Left the place tidy, actually glad I called.
Turned up in the pouring rain
line Duane up early, expect the driveway crew to shuffle dates, and he’ll usually sort the rest. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him — solid workmanship and honest about what’s needed. Made the whole project less of a headache.
Calm in the middle of a power mess
thorough. They did a full inspection, found we needed a complete re-wire and explained the lot without the jargon. They organised the re-wire within two weeks. In the meantime they set up a safe temporary supply so we had limited heating and hot water, which made life bearable while things were sorted. The work was messy where it had to be, but they kept disruption down and cleaned up reasonably. Customer service was top-notch — clear, honest and reassuring when everything felt a bit chaotic. British Gas, on the other hand, were hopeless and annoying to deal with.
