Reupholstered chair
I recently got a chair reupholstered at this company and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The guy who first checked out the chair really knew his stuff and gave me some great advice. The two men who took the chair away were also really helpful and did a professional job. The end result was even better than I expected, and I'm really pleased with the quality of the work. The women in the office were also really nice and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I'm really impressed with how this company sticks to old-school values and professionalism.
Loose sofa covers purchase
I recently bought some loose sofa covers from a lovely lady called Lorraine who came round to my house to help me decide. She gave me loads of different colour options to choose from and took detailed measurements without being pushy at all. I ended up picking out the covers I liked and Lorraine came back two weeks later to put them on for me. I'm really pleased with how they look and I would definitely recommend her service to anyone else. I'm a happy customer all round!
Settees covers with missing cushion covers
I bought some sofa covers from that shop not long ago and had Wayne come round to fit them. I'm quite pleased with how they look, they really make the sofas stand out and they fit just right. But, to my disappointment, the two cushion covers for the chair were missing from the order. Wayne said they would be sent out separately, but it was a bit of a hassle to have to wait for them. The covers were put on on the 21st of May, so I was hoping to get the whole set in one go.

New settee covers
Lynn was so helpful, she gave me fantastic advice on picking out the right settee covers. I couldn't be happier with how they've turned out - the colour is just perfect and they fit my furniture like a dream. My family and friends are totally convinced that I've got brand new settees!
Recovered sofa, broken spring
I took my sofa to get re-upholstered and repaired because one of the springs was broken. When I got it back after a few weeks, it had been re-covered but the spring was still broken. I was hoping Terry would reach out like they said they would, but it seems like they only focused on the new covers. It's now been three days and I haven't heard anything. I've already spent £1,175 and I can't even use my sofa!
Reupholstery of my furniture in a modern fabric
I was really impressed with my experience at Plumbs. I wasn't sure about using their service at first, thinking it might be a bit old-fashioned, but my advisor made everything so easy and stress-free. I wish they had more small patterned fabrics and neutral linen stripes to choose from, but overall I am very happy with my decision. The end result was exactly what I had in mind and the quality of the work is brilliant.
Amazing curtains
When I went to pick up my curtains, everyone was fantastic! They were so efficient and professional. I absolutely adored my curtains and I'm definitely going to return for more things in the future. The staff gave me some excellent advice about the curtain rails I was looking for. They didn't push me into buying anything I didn't fancy. It was a really pleasant shopping experience there.

Bench seating measurements wrong
The staff from this company came round twice to measure up the bench seating I wanted, and would you believe it, they got it wrong both times! They sent me three sketches with their measurements, and all three were wrong. Then to top it off, they kept bothering me about paying the deposit. Just yesterday, they had the cheek to email me threatening to void my estimate if I didn't pay the deposit immediately. What sort of customer service is that? It's no surprise I ended up cancelling my order!

The whole experience was absolutely brilliant. We bought some home furnishings from there and it was amazing. It was so easy, everyone we talked to was really nice and helpful. Couldn't fault the service in any way.

I recently got some new sofa covers and Paul was the one who came to measure everything up. He was really friendly and did a great job. The covers fit perfectly and now my living room looks amazing with them on. I'm absolutely thrilled with how they've turned out!

The appointments seemed a bit rushed, and I was somewhat disappointed that the creases on the valance didn't come out as promised. But, I have to admit that I'm happy with the sofa covers in general.

Armchair covers
The armchair covers we got from that place in Preston were brilliant! They even sent someone over to measure up before we ordered them. It took a bit of time for them to arrive, around 6-8 weeks, but when they did, they fit perfectly! They were a bit expensive but I think they were totally worth it.
