    Alarm system


    I have tried for weeks to get some cameras added on to my account this is proving impossible with this company. I have there alarm system and just wanted some extra cameras added a simple job you would think not for these. There customer service is extremely poor and they don’t care about there customers at all I’ve put my cancellation in ive only been with them 3-4 months and I’ve been trying for the last 2 months to get cameras ive lost all my trust in them and for the money they charge I’m going to go elsewhere with people who don’t lie and let you down constantly. It wouldn’t let me put a 1 star only 2

    Basic kit

    I have recently applied to get a basic Verisure alarm .. with two shock sensors one camera one fog barrier a free doorbell deterrent sign 3G Control Panel one smart key reader and it only cost ... £298 one time... paying £45 a month... The guy who came round to assess my property was very pleasant And very professional... so for the professionalism of the person who was it everything I have heard about this company. The reasons for my scores are below

    My immediate neighbour had a Verisure alarm system installed last week with two CCTV cameras. One camera is 2 mtres away from our house and points directly into our bathroom and connecting bedroom and the other directly into our kitchen. we trip the recording sensors from inside our house and the spotlights come on to get better images of us having a shower too. So far NO response from Verisure

    Hi just wanted to give a little warning regards to versure, I was told the up front payment was buying the equipment and it was an 18 month contract.. this wasn’t true! They always on the equipment and the contract was actually 36 months which by the way I would of never signed.. only giving the heads up 👍🏻

    I second the above. Read the contract thoroughly before signing. I paid over £700 for the kit. I wasn’t told when signing up that I did not own the kit. When trying to cancel contract early she tried to get more out of me than needed. I was 27 months into the contract and she tried to tell me I owed £350 which was for cancellations under 24months. They are not upfront and everyone pays different amounts every month which they seem to make up on the spot. In March I was told they’d reduce my monthly payments from £52.60 to £30 a month. So I paused the account for 4 months. Then called again today and was told they absolutely couldn’t go less than £40 a month. Just don’t appreciate company’s who aren’t completely upfront.

    I am ending my subscription with Verisure. The process takes 3 months apparently for them to disconnect the alarm. I was told I would receive a phone call within a week to start the process, on the 6th October, but after not hearing anything in regards to my request, I called again today, only to be told it has not been updated or passed on to the customer care team. I also thought the initial payment was for the equipment, only to be told that was payment for the installation only. I personally would rather pay for any future loses via my home insurance as this service was a waste of time for my personal purpose. The sale was based on desperation from the sales person, lying and fast talking his way into a sale. We live and we learn. I agree with the above customers, I don’t appreciate company’s who are not honest with their potential customers. Buyer Beware!

    I don’t understand all these negative reviews. I was recommended this Verisure by a friend who had an attempted burglary but had this alarm and nothing was taken. I’ve had the system over 6 months and had an issue with one of the shock sensors admittedly they didn’t come the next day to resolve it but within 3 days which I thought was fair enough. I’ve recommended this system to friends and my parents who now have it and all love it. It works when I have set it off and they call you normally within 30 seconds. I came on here as my friend said there were bad reviews so I wanted to have a look - but I don’t get it, I’ve had ZERO issues. I’ve been looked after by the sales guy Steve really well and if I have any questions I go to him. It might be a little pricey on the monthly but for me there is nothing better out there and I’ve had a couple of alarms before this one.

    Despite escalation to the head of legal and CEO I have gone around the houses as they are chasing me for an unpaid alarm bill. The irony is they refunded me 3 months of monitoring and despite a subject access request and continually speaking to people . They are chasing for several months alarm monitoring fees. I paid two set up fees and they were way above what they would promote at Costco. The funny thing is they are threatening to terminate one of the alarms and go to a debt collection agency. Now this is where it gets interesting : I will happily go and take all the paperwork to a county court as the jokers never ever installed the alarm in the 2nd property. It was never installed and they recorded they did so the sales guy could get a commission no doubt. Despite a SAR and disclosure request they have parroted on that they will disconnect my alarm - funny that as its sitting in my box at home never installed. I have kept mail audit after mail audit so despite in 3 years never monitoring a single log or even being able to they now want to go to a debt collection agency - especially as i paid them for over 3 years with a D Debit for a system they knew was never even installed and lest see how that pays out with the GDPR as a starter. I have told their CEO /Data Protection officer but they are useless. So please do go ahead and take me to court for 5 months unpaid fees when I have been paying 3 years for a system that never even was installed and they knew but continued debiting me

    This company is clearly not a fair one, trying to hide the monthly cost by putting some discounts for 3months. I tried to switch to a Door Bell they told me you need to pay an Inflated monthly price for 3months and after that we will send you someone to disconnect you for 70pounds. Better to run away from this company

    Cant agree more.. I have asked to cancel the service on the 10th day of installation and they kept insisting on getting another camera, they send a different camera than what was explained over the phone.. then they closed the case as per their convenience and kept sending bills.. i have been requesting to remove the system as it is terrible.. u can easily buy sensors from Amazon as it does nothing more than that.. the cameras are blurry.. app takes forwver to download an image.. very stupid solution.. i keep writing to them and they care less to even call back.. very bad service.. its horrible.. the remote stopped working in a month.. its useless dont get it..

    I am fed with Verisure too, they say that the doorbell is free, but what they don't tell you is that after 3 months, Arlo send you a message to say that your subscription is ending soon. Informed Verisure 2 weeks ago, then last week, again today, still not heard anything from Verisure complaints or from the Technical team to Integrate the Arlo doorbell with my Verisure account, feel I am been ignored, happy to take your money from you but don't provide a very good customer service, but saying that happy with the installation service, but lack of info where the doorbell is concerned.

Seems to br a pattern’ raised a complaint and said I wish to cancel ‘ o someone will contact you in the next seven days !     Terriblr system camera battery life is pathetic fully charged im getting about 7 days max out of every single camera including the doorbell. complained about this to verisure and they gave me a solar panel which stopped charging the camera after about 2 weeks of use. extremely disapointed with the quality of the in house cameras my kids could take better pictures with a throw away camera. just for everyone's information after 6 months you can cancel your subscription with verisure and keep all the equipment and still use it via the Arlo app .. you just wont have the monitoring or response guard service .. i have one more monthly and i will be doing this as im not paying £40 a month for a system which i need to take down and recharge every week its a joke.

    Verisure alarm system

    Paulo came the following day after I had talked to someone about alarms at Verisure. My wife and I are both in our late 70's so neither of us are technically savvy. Paulo set out to explain about the alarms, showed us the different tools that would be fitted and finally showed us a video as to how everything works if we were to have a break-in. We went ahead with the purchase and Paulo arrived 2 days later to fit the system. We found him to be extremely polite, very patient and was a very good instructor. He did not object explaining things to us several times and time did not seem to be a problem. He did say that we would make mistakes, which we did the following day, but he said everybody does. The system is so easy to use and you don't have to try and remember a code number - there isn't one.

    I've read all the complaints below, to be completely honest, I have failed to understand how some people have been missold as everything is on paper.

    I pay roughly 32 as I have few add ons, it secures my family whilst I've traveled. I haven't purchased the product to cancel. I've made a calculated decision and happy with it.

    Had few bits fall off as my property was renovated, called a chap named Abbas or Abas something like that (Birmingham)
    Came the same day, no call out charges. Replaced and also charged all batteries for all equipment.

    Apart from that brilliant service.

    Shit customer service. Staff are very unprofessional and don't have a clue. Lying is their moto. Be very careful before you buy from this company. I would highly recommend ADT from past experience, Isomehow go tangled up with this company.

    I enquired about having the system installed a few weeks back. Wouldn't allow a quote to be given over the phone so had to allow a stranger in to my home. The person was using every selling trick in the book with a no pressure attitude. Seemed rather obvious. But was polite and said I'd think about it. Then received a call and told him I'm not in any position to pay for the service that was to be honest rather expensive. The actually service means a person has access to your cameras and can peer into your home any time they like. Then today i have received not 1, not 2, not even just 3, but my phone has been called at least 7 times today. I have told them twice not interested and remove me from the "Dialler". Complete cowboy company. Not impressed.. don't trust them with my security if this is their attitude and the service seems more of a thing you'd find in a dystopian sci fy movie. Seems more suitable for a small to medium business not your home.

    Verisure alarm system and Arlo Pro 3

    Bought verisure alarm system and Arlo Pro 3 in August. With a promotion rate for 6 months. Fantastic until 3 months and Arlo subscription ends. Verisure promised it shouldn't. They didn't help called every day for 20 days. Lost all data. They have taken on too much trying to integrate verisure and Arlo. I cancelled Arlo a week ago. But nothing happened. Been calling them everyday today 3 times. Oh yeah I'm still being billed. Anyway I've now been told to cancel everything they will remove. Next fight is getting back £599.00 paid 3 months ago. Please avoid Verisure save yourself the hassle

    Verisure Alarms

    I am using Verisure Alarms for 3 years. Service been great end of day no kne is perfect.

    Every time Alarm triggered, they called and said ,they have checked the property, they know if someone is in property or not as have I age verification and audio verification.

    Happy to recommend to more customers as I recommended many of my family members to verisure.

    I seen reviews on trustpilot and I think Verisure checking and replying to reviews there, not here.

    Verisure alarm system

    Ordered about 2 yrs and been gd service until end of last year when I wanted to cancel I phoned to cancel got told I had to email I which I did then I was bombarded with calls to stay I told them no I’m leaving was told ok finishes June 2021 three month notice now I been told it not cancelled cause they couldn’t get hold of me even though I spoke to a staff member it’s ruined any chance of me using them again in another property after sales are really rubbish

    Home Alarm Kit

    I was burgled recently and wanted an alarm to feel safe again. In less than 24h I had the Verisure kit installed and it is brilliant. There is now no fixed term contract and you can keep the alarm if you disconnect the monitoring system. Really pleased with the response time so far as I ran a couple of tests.

    I am crying my eyes out. I have been lied to and what you are sending your technicians out to do is basically theft. I paid £400 for the system and told the technician I could not afford the £30 per month. To which he said that's fine you pay for 3 months and if you stop payments we only take out the zero vision, and we stop our monitoring I said so I'll only be without those components and everything else will stay the same because I can't afford to pay you £400 if I lose the alarm. I was reasured that this was so, so I bought the system. Now having had the zero vision removed. I no longer have working alarms. I am 74 with many health conditions my disabled daughter lives with me and she is distraught, frightened to death. We had a burglary next door but one and she is certain we will be burgled now. I rang Veri sure this morning and he repeated over and over , you signed the contract. I have been set up trusting a technicians advise. Diane.

    Good afternoon, Sorry to hear from you. They have done the same thing with me. I have paid them 500 pounds for the alaram and now after 7 to 8 months I wanted to remove the alaram because of Covid 19 I am unable to continue the payments. They said to me that I can cancel it but I will not be able to use the mobile App. If you don't use the mobile app then you will not be able to use the photo detector sensors and Samsung camera. The alaram is useless. They said to me that when they were selling the alarm They said to me that I can use every single equipment and the only thing I cannot use is monitoring part of it. Now If I dont use the mobile app the whole system is useless. If you are outside of your home you will not be able to get any notifications. I would recommend not to buy this system at all.

    I am really disappointed with Verisure. I paid £299 + VAT to install the system. it's working fine. I was told I can give only 90 days notice. in June 2020 I gave them 90 days notice. I was told that someone will ring me to confirm. I received a call and I was told ok everything is in order and your last payment should be September 2020. I rang them in September and was told that I have to wait for someone to call me and again they want me to pay for 3 months which I cannot afford. Customer service are no good at all. They are only interested in getting new business but not if you want to cancel. they keep putting you off. I rang few times but every time they give me new excuses. I am fed up and really don't know what to do as I am disabled person and am on critical list.

    The same experience. I cancelled my contract on Sep 1st. Someone is supposed to be calling me but nothing. I have called, emailed, raised complaints and amazingly I received a new invoice today. So again on the phone and told agains someone will call.

    Verisure was great at installing our alarm end of july. The number of times the system has actually worked can be counted on a couple of fingers on one hand. Useless. Customer service promises lots but has failed to deliver. Rubbish. I will cancel the contract and will demand my money back.

    They use trust pilot reviews like a spell. They also use the discount to win the sales. Your not alone hundreds of people have been scammed in same way. Trouble is verisure guard their trustpilot rating any negative feedback is hidden or removed. We all know you can buy fake reviews from Indian IT geeks.

    Dear ladies and gentlemen I too have been conned and miss lead by Verisure. I am planning on taking legal action. Verisure for too long have mis-sold and conned too many people. I too was told the following: 1. You own all the equipment 2. The “fog” is free for 6 months, you can then have it taken out free of charge and carry on paying a flat rate of 29.99 3. I too was told you can cancel the contract anytime with no obligation and no cost involved. You keep the system. 4. I was also told there is no exit fees (leading from the last point) This company lies and sells lies. The support is rubbish when calling up to complain you just get a wall of abuse back. So I say lets stand together I am happy to take your accounts and experiences and show this to my legal team. I shall also be contacting the consumer WatchDog and Offcom. Email me your details united we shall show this company for what they are. A few things: 1. I do not need to know you’re address. Just an email is fine with details of how you have been misled 2. I will not be opening attachments or clicking on links (so please do not send these). 3. I will be going through the Ombudsman hence you and I will not be paying legal costs. 4. No matter how far you are into the contract if you have been misled/mis-sold you have rights. I have contact Verisure to have my issue resolved in a polite manner. However, they are not having any of it, they will not even listen nor act. So, as a whole we can only deduce that this is a common practice with this company. When the sales team came to sale the product they mentioned that there will be no contract bounding and we can cancel the monthly subscription by giving you 3 months’ notice. They did not told us that the mobile application will not work which will affect the Samsung Cloud Cam Pro Indoor and 2 X photo detector/sensor. If we have no mobile application access then how we can arm and disarm the alarm and access the camera remotely. Also imagine if we are not at home then we will not get any notification on mobile. If someone break in the home we will not get to know then what is the point having verisure system from the beginning. We should have taken the home insurance instead which is cheap. I have specifically asked this to your sales consultant that we will be able to use the system if we are not using your services. She said to me yes we will be able to use the system and we will receive the notifications on the mobile the only thing we will not receive is the call from the head office and guard will not come to help us. Two shock sensors they came and install them after 14 days which covers my cooling off period. .     Following my email on 31.03.2020 and first call to make a complaint on 24.03.2020 regarding miss selling the alaram system and breaching the contract by you to us. You mentioned in your email that someone will call us back to discuss this within 7 to 14 workings days but no one called me. I can understand due to the current situation you might be short staff but they all told me that they are working from home. It's more than 14 days that no one called me. I would like to have the number of your regional manager or director their email addresses and phone numbers so I can directly speak to them. ------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ---- After my complaint above. I received call from I guess his name was Rob regarding the cancellation or possible settlement of the case. He offered me to reduce the price of the account for £5 for 6 months or £10 for 3 months. Which I have refused to do. I request him to send me the details / email of his area manager, area director so I can speak to them as soon as possible. He asked me to explain the situation what has happened and I have explained him. Now one of the fob is not working at all and I do not know what is the reason. I am still saying that the seller and his team miss sold me the product and did not tell me the whole contract that I will not be able to use the mobile application if I knew about it I would have not bought the product. I have paid around £500 for products and paying £35 monthly. Then I started calling from 4pm to the customer services but no one answered the phone till 40mins and the line got disconnected. To come to my home at 4pm I had to finish work early but I wasted my time because an engineer came to dismantle all the equipment from my house. Which I was not informed at all. I called again after 5pm and one of your colleagues said to me that they wanted me to remove it because it was a rental equipment and I will not get any money back. I am not really happy about the situation. First you told me something different now you are telling me something different.     Following my email on 12/10/2020 at 14:23 I have not received any call or email back from you. I have just tried to use the mobile application to arm my alarm and it does not work telling me that I will not have access to it. This is not very good, you do not even have courtesy or courage to call me and discuss with me before you disconnect the alarm system. I am only one person but you are a big multinational company with loads of people working in your offices in different countries in different departments. I work for a company and If we receive any complaint we try to resolve them as soon as possible otherwise our head office starts chasing us about it or the local authorities or Government department start chasing us. But I don't know what kind of company you are that even I have called so many times or emailed you but no one bothers to contact me but what you do is cancel the system without letting me know. My humble request is to your Directors or Regional Managers to contact me and discuss the case and try to resolve it please. I am distressed a lot regarding this situation you put me in.     Stay away from verisure. I’m still in shock over what happened to me. I had a salesman/ technician selling me their top alarm system at £800 and then was told I would have to pay £29.99 a month to have a good monitored system. It wasn’t until too month later that I noticed my se was for £37 a month and then a couple of month later went up to £47 a month. Of course I made many complaints but none rang me back and it’s a nightmare to speak to anyone anyways. I stopped my direct debit and when they rang me to ask for my money I said I wanted to make a complaint as the amount were wrong. No one called me back so then they send me a threatening letter saying they’ll send me to a debt collection company. So I had no choice but to pay over £200 and told them to cancel everything. whilst complaining The advisor mentioned that I had signed a contract so I asked for a copy and I saw right away that it wasn’t my signature and where you print your name it was also misspelled. I was so mad so then I put a negative review on Trustpilot and in less than an hour someone called Fahad called me. He said he would investigate that I would get my over £200 back and I had the right to cancel if I wanted to. But if I chose to stay they would give me a contract at £47 a month for 12 month but they would only take £29.99 from my account. I said I didn’t trust this and would want to wait for my refund. It has now been two weeks and no money at all. I rang them and they said the following: If you wish to keep the alarm as a bell only system then we would be happy to waive the 3 month notice period and £70 flat fee however we can not provide a refund of the monthly fees paid over £29.90. We can arrange the refund of the monthly fees paid above £29.90 only on the basis that we collect the alarm. So basically the £850 alarm I paid for they want back. I am desperate as I have been done for a lot of money and they are trying to get more. I will report them everywhere I can and seek legal advise for faking my signature and all of their threats

    I took out a verisure contract and the installation was very good and cheap. The monthly charge was very expensive but I was assured that I could terminate that and leave it as a dumb alarm. Just had to pay the next premium. Now the house is rented out and the tenants don't want it. I called to cancel in August, they said they couldn't get through to customer services but would put the alarm into test mode for a month so that it could be cancelled in the meantime. Customer services would call me back within two weeks. A month later the alarm went out of test mode and I got a call (tenants not happy). Put back into test mode, assured customer services would call and no further premiums would be taken as the contract was requested cancelled on the previous call. Today, 28 Oct I finally get a call from customer services and (after convincing him I really want to cancel) he now said there was a 3 month cancellation period and I would have to prove otherwise in spite of what the salesman and call centre had said. He also said that I would have to pay for the December period which makes it a 4 month cancellation period. If I want to complai8n then then will pass this over to a debt collection agency. I have no confidence that they will cancel this and he seemed to be implying that they willl deny that I have cancelled the policy and keep taking fees. Fine installation, Good but very expensive service. Acts like a scam to keep taking premiums and is missold - don't believe what they tell you - especially that you can cancel without notice. Call wait time is usually over an hour to get to talk to anyone.

    I second every bad review and bad comments about Verisure. To highlight, customer services is poorly, The calls were long wait and always disconnected if you tried to cancel the services. They keep giving you the empty promise with 'okay, we will get it resolve or call you back to confirm' but never did. Can't even get my deposit back, as no one can find our details on their system even I have a receipts record. POORLY. Avoid them at all cost. I won't even have the system if it is free, no way you could get hold of their customer services.

    This is an absolute shambles of a company . I’ve been trying to cancel my Verisure account since October2020 after the closure of my business . And despite the fact I have raised the cancellation request by telephone and sent emails to confirm They keep saying they’re trying to contact me without success which is a lie. I call immediately back when I receive the email and I’m told they can’t put me through to the person I need to speak to ( I’ve no idea why they even need to speak to me to confirm the cancellation again ?) .I have to wait on their phone call , which never happens . I’m at a loss at what to do and they just continue to bill me each month for a disconnected system . Absolute joke and I will be taking this further legally . Do NOT use this company

    They mis sell as I have several recordings where they say one thing and when you buy it you find out you are stuck in a contract and you are only leasing the equipment.     They miss sell, they had my review removed as I called out their scam. They ask you to wait for 2 weeks to get your Arlo camera or some offer and then you are tied into the contract which has 90day notice if u want to cancel and the Alarm is just a lease. They always sell it with different names, they come to my house during demo and told me I have to pay this much for the kit, now they say Its was installation fee and some customer support agents call it lease fee, they are just trying to get your money by hook or crook. Stay away. I got my money from Credit card section 75 claim but now they are harassing me to pay the money as its a balance, they are not challenging the credit card to get the money instead harassing me and saying they will send it for debt recovery collection.

    This company is running a scam!!. Please do not buy. When I went to purchase it they were all on about the cost of device is this and they selling it for this discounted price. And now when I am having dispute with them, I have come to find out that the amount I paid was for the installation and lease on the device and device is never mine. Which is SHOCKING!! And they will offer you to stay for 14days to get certain offer, in my case it was Arlo cameras, now this is clearly a tactic to throw in some goodies to lure you into the contract to avoid 14day period within which you can cancel anytime and contract is void. Please do not buy this, it is such a pain for me to resolve the issues with them and I am going through so much hassle and harassment to just get them to do the right thing.

    They aren't replying to letters, they only call to get the money if there is any balance as I cancelled direct debit and disputed the amount.

    They will commit to offers that they can't fulfil, and every time I call they have some other explanation and all this is really confusing for consumers.

    The gentleman who happily fitted and sold me this service was completely lyingin every word.1.    He told me that the equipment will be mine if I everwill decide to terminate the contract which is completely false as I wasreading throw the whole contract after he left me and there is not anyinformation about this.2.   He said that I can cancel thesubscription at any time, and the alarm still works as a smart alarm. They justdon't monitor it in their center, that was his words. 3.   He also assured me that there is notany cancelation charges or contract and I should treat it as a subscriptionwhich I can cancel any time with 1 months’ notice. 4.    He lied andmanipulated, forced me to install an alarm at my home( the initial alarm systemwas arranged only for business), motivating me that I would actually receive onlyone collective invoice for both places, which I have the right to include inthe company's costs without any problems. This is also not true.5.    He alsolied to me about the monthly charges. I asked him several times if he is surebecause in my opinion is quite cheap.  Unfortunately, when I received the first invoices I realized the costs are just like he said, but plus 20%VATwhich is giving a huge difference in total monthly spending for 2 differentplaces.6.    Hewanted me to sign something on his iPad being in rush to make sure I will notread everything correctly.  Be careful when listening to the salesmanbecause they always lie to your face.The words you hear inyour house will not be the same words that are written on paper.  The camera pictures arevery poor quality but in their opinion, that is enough to recognize the thiefif even I am unable to recognize my face!  Their"contracts" are poorly designed picture diagrams with caveats, tickboxes and clauses that will, over the course of your contract, completely screwyou over.

    After few months Irealized that my monthly invoices raising every month, so I made a phonecall to the billing department with this query. The gentlemen from Customer Service arguing methat I agreed with that signing contract with them. I wanted him to point mewhere exactly in my contract is information about raising monthly costs. Ichecked my email and I realized that I am unable to view any of the initialcontracts signed with Verisure as each time I am trying to open the file thereis information ’’403  E000101Accessdenied The process you are trying to access has been closed’’.The Customer Service adviser told me that sometimes that is happening whenthe error occurs opening the contract. I said that I need to see my contract toreview that information. In this case, I requested the Customer service Adviser to send me mycontract again by email as I am unable to view it. And I received it! Ireceived a completely different person’s contract! Including all sensitive andprivate details such as a full address, name, date of birth contact number, and eventhe signature of the ‘poor’ person whose all personal details have been easy andwithout care forwarded to me. Also, there are passwords of this person, contactdetails to the closest family and everything!!! I am having this piece of a fileand I am really considering what should I do with this matter. If the customer service adviser was able to provide me by ‘mistake’ that verysensitive and confidential details of somebody else twice so I do not want toimagine what they can do with my details and each of you if you are theircustomer! It isunbelievable, how thiscompany is deceptive and how it can manipulate people.  Nowadaystrust in the company is one of the most important values. I will never trustthem anymore and I advise you to do so.  I haveenough evidence that I have been given very personal/sensitive and privateinformation of completely someone else and I also have evidence that I wasdeceived from the very beginning.Does this company deserves to be trusted, paid, and relied upon?     I was mid sold completely,
    And customer services just continuously apologising but no action…!! I was told at point of sale the up front payment was buying the equipment and it was an 18 month contract… actually the payment wasn’t for the equipment and I’m still not sure want that payment was for and the contact was for 36 month which I would of never knowingly signed.. spoke to several customer services representatives but they obviously are used to these sort of calls and sales tactics!!! Considering you can have systems monitored with similar and better equipment for half the cost… PLEASE CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY…

    3 alarms bought

    I was told I would be given a discount for buying 3 alarms but they didn't give me the discount and charged me £1500. The contract said £30 per month and the manager guaranteed it would remain £30 a month but later they said it goes up to £45 a month. I cancelled within 2 weeks but 3 months later they still have not removed the alarm.
    I am now taking legal action
    Do not buy anything from this company as you will regret it when you have to cancel
