I was sitting on the fence for a few weeks before ordering, worried the sample wouldn't match the room. Once the free sample arrived — quicker than I expected — the colour was spot on and that eased my nerves. I ordered online, found the site easy to use, and Dan handled my queries with clear, practical advice. Delivery turned up on time and the boards were fine. I started fitting them last weekend and first impressions are good; they look honest and solid. Slightly relieved, a bit chuffed, and glad I went ahead.
Not what I expected
after a few months edges started chipping, one plank split right down the middle and the supposedly 'scratch resistant' boards had scratches across several pieces. If you still buy it, check every single board on arrival. Bit of a nuisance, though the team were efficient.
Almost lost the plot
I almost thought the order had vanished — cloud hiccup meant a delay, ready to moan. The team kept phoning, sending updates and tried to sort it; service felt human, not robotic. The boards are down now and survive messy breakfasts, toddler trains and the dog. Still, fair price and relieved I bought.
Just as I suspected
By the time the fitter shouted a quick thumbs-up I realised this had gone better than I expected. I rang on a Monday morning to sort samples and the bloke on the phone, Daniel, talked me through what was actually in stock without any faff. He even sent a little discount code — I had a tiny hiccup entering it online but he stayed on the line while I clicked through and sorted the order, which was handy. Delivery was booked for Wednesday and at 7.15am I got a call saying it’d be with me within the hour. Sure enough it turned up, neatly wrapped, and the driver even carried the boxes in for me, which was a nice touch. Can’t judge the flooring itself yet as the new kitchen’s still going in, but the samples and the whole process so far have been proper good, even if not flawless.
The moment it clicked

Quietly chuffed, and I’ve been telling friends about him since.
