NVQ Support
The Construction Helpline team are really great at what they do - they're proper pros! They truly care about helping people get their NVQ qualifications. It's clear they know their stuff, but it's down to the candidates to really give it their all. Making my purchase was an absolute breeze! The process was really smooth and easy, I didn't come across any unnecessary hassle or complications at all. The staff were so lovely and helpful, they really put me at ease and made me feel confident in my decision to buy.
Awesome online class with an amazing tutor
The online class I took was brilliant! The tutor had loads of experience and was really helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to learn about construction.
Drylining course
The drylining course was great! Our tutor, Tom, really knew his stuff and taught us in a really relaxed and friendly way. The hands-on experience we got was so helpful, and I feel really confident in my new skills now. The office staff at Construction Helpline were amazing too, especially Alan Michaels - he really went out of his way to help us. I'm excited to work with them in the future to help me find a job and put my new skills to use.
Test booking
I found it really easy and hassle-free to book a test with Construction Helpline. Their website was really user-friendly, and it was easy for me to find all the information I needed to schedule my test. The presenter during the test was brilliant - they knew their stuff, were patient, and explained everything really clearly. They made sure I understood all the important details and procedures. I was really impressed with the service from Construction Helpline and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for construction-related testing or services.
Builders card
Oh my gosh, this place is just terrible! I applied and paid for my builders card ages ago, like over 10 weeks, and it still hasn't arrived. Every time I try to call them, they just keep giving me the same rubbish excuse. It's so frustrating!
CSCS Card registration
I registered for my CSCS Card test with a lady called Annie Smith. She kept me updated and checked in with me before the test. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to get their CSCS Card, they are excellent when it comes to health and safety courses. Great job, keep it up!
Safety training for construction
The training I got was really great, it's going to be super helpful for me in the construction industry. I picked up a lot about keeping myself and others safe, it's going to be like my safety guide whenever I'm on a site. I'm excited to start using all my new knowledge!
Drylining training course
I really enjoyed the drylining training course - it was so enlightening! The instructor was great, really knew their stuff and was super easy to approach. They were always happy to help with any questions or worries. Any problems that came up during the course were sorted out quickly and efficiently, making sure we all learned smoothly. The skills I gained are so important and will definitely help me in my future projects. I'm really thankful for the chance to attend and would definitely suggest this training course to other people.
Construction training course
I thought the training course I did was really good, the content and explanations were spot on. The teacher knew their stuff and was really helpful in making sure we understood everything. Only downside was the training room felt a bit chilly which wasn't ideal. But all in all, it was a really informative course and I learned a lot for my construction know-how.
CITB test booking
I recently booked a CITB test using this service and, sadly, I've had a similar experience to lots of other people. At first, the communication was quick and convincing, but after taking the test months ago, I still haven't got my card. It's annoying to get loads of calls and emails pushing this service when they can't follow through on what they promise. This lack of efficiency could really harm people, affecting their chances of getting work. I really recommend steering clear of this company because the stress and doubt just aren't worth it. I've decided to sort out renewing my card by myself from now on.
Course assistance
I got really good help and they were very patient when I was dealing with a problem with the system check link to get to my final exam. The customer service was so polite and helpful the whole time. I was really impressed with how much the person helping me knew and how expert they were.
Construction training course
I really enjoyed going to the construction training course. The instructor, Tom, was so good at his job and really patient with us all. He made sure everyone got the hang of the basics before personalising the learning for each of us. Tom also shared some great tips and tricks to help us work better on site.
Induction assistance and great company support
The teacher really helped me out during the induction, they walked me through everything and made sure I understood everything about the company's services. The company was great too, they made sure all my needs were taken care of and that I was happy with what I bought. It was a really good experience overall.
CSCS card application
This company is a total scam. They took my money, switched up their company name, and now I can't even reach them. Every number I try is disconnected, and they're ignoring my emails. To top it all off, they didn't even give me a CSCS card after taking more money, and now I have to start the whole process over again. It's a total rip-off, and I wouldn't advise anyone to rely on them.
Online course set up
Ethan Brown was fantastic with tech stuff! He really helped me out setting up my online course and exam on my computer. He made sure everything was running smoothly and he explained everything in a way that made sense to me. Big thank you to Ethan Brown!
Level 6 Diploma completion
I thought the folks at Construction Helpline were really clued up and friendly. They sorted out all the stuff for my tests and CSCS cards, so I had everything I needed for my Level 6 diploma. Jay was especially great, giving me loads of helpful advice and support along the way.
CSCS card
Disgusting service passed my test paid for my card and filled all there forms back in march and was told my card will arrive within 20 working days we are now in August 5 months later and still no card called again today and have been told to wait another 10 working days.. I have called many times over the 5 months and have been lied to every time ask to speak to manager and they just tell me to wait .. absolutely disgusting that I paid £60 for a service just to keep being lied too if I could leave zero star rating for service and delivery I would!!!
