Bit of a seamless refit 25 April 2026

Right, so we had our old bathroom ripped out and a complete refit by Norbreck — Josh ran the job and honestly the whole delivery side was really well handled. They organised all the tiles and fittings, had everything delivered when promised, and any awkward bits (a late crate of tiles) were sorted with a quick phone call and a same-day swap. Communication was the best bit for me — Josh texted photos, warned us about small delays, and even checked in while we were away on holiday so we didn’t come back to surprises. The team turned up tidy and polite, covered the floor, and finished to a high standard; you can tell they care about the details. I’m chuffed with the look and the practical bits work great too. Only thing I’d say is ask about delivery slots up front so you’re not hanging around, but otherwise I’d recommend them — local, family-run and reliable. If you want a straightforward, well-managed job with decent customer service, give them a call.
