Worth the gamble
I'm quite glad I went for those three Masiero ceiling lights — surprised, actually. Bought them in November from Unique Luxury Design and, after being burned by slow suppliers before, I was half expecting faff. Ordering was easy and the team kept me in the loop, which made a big difference. The lights look lovely, solid build and the design really lifts the room. Small delay in delivery but nothing major; overall happy and would use them again.
Exactly what I needed
Honestly, it's exactly what I needed. I was redoing my flat and the old sofa had started to give me a sore back, so I wanted something that felt firm but actually comfortable. I was a bit wary about leather and buying online, and yes I worried about delivery and all that, but the Arflex really surprised me — warm yet cool, cushions firm with a soft, featherly give (goose mix, I reckon). Ordering was straightforward, the design team helped with delivery details, minor creases but overall proper pleased and likely to buy more.
Solid timber bed, with a couple of niggles
I first saw this bed at my sister’s place — she’d raved about it, so we went to the showroom. The frame is proper solid wood, feels heavy and reassuring when you sit on it; the mattress sits well in the frame and is genuinely comfortable for nights in. Mino talked us through fabrics and stains without pushing, and he kept us updated while they organised delivery and fitted it at home. The only niggle was a slight mismatch in stain tone to what we expected, and installation ran a bit longer than the slot they gave, but overall we’re pleased — it feels sturdy and we use it every night.
