I was doubtful about the quote at first, but the application was straightforward and the cover ended up being decent value.
Does the job
Handy for comparing cover without much fuss. The insurer list is clear, though a bit more detail upfront would help.
Sorted in one sitting
My sister mentioned them before our trip. The quote came through quickly and buying online was easy enough, though the final email took a minute to appear.
Sorted before we even left
When the policy came through straight away, I knew we’d made the right call. Third trip with CYTI now, and honestly, it’s reassuring.
Oddly simple
Strange thought watching the form fill itself, but actually it was straightforward. Sorted cover for me and my partner, added asthma and crucially our gadgets were included. Was doubtful at first, pleasantly surprised.
Mostly straightforward
I needed travel cover after my last trip’s luggage fiasco, and the site made it easy to compare. Clear, logical steps — a bit clinical, but actually found a surprisingly good deal.
When it finally landed
I took it out because my back’s a mess — fused nerve endings and I’m on a waiting list for steroid injections — and I’d had bad experiences with insurers before. The moment I felt satisfied was when the policy hit my inbox the same evening with plain, clear wording about emergency cover and repatriation; that actually surprised me. Staff were straightforward on the phone and the paperwork was tidy. Later they tried to add over £200 when treatment came up, which annoyed me, but the setup was fine.
Saved me loads of time
Sat on the sofa booking a quick trip, I found the deal and honestly knew I was happy when one quote was way cheaper than on the insurer's own site. It was quick, simple to use for my holiday plans, though one page was a bit slow. Worth it.
