I'm not happy with the insurance policy for non-UK residents that the company has in place. It doesn't seem right that only British citizens get coverage, leaving out residents like spouses and children just because of where they live permanently. I signed up for this insurance, but they didn't seem bothered about me at all. They just happily took my money. Then, when it came time to make a claim, they turned me down because apparently my biometrics were going to expire in 5 years. I mean, really? Why bother selling me insurance if you're not going to be there for me when I actually need it? Turns out, they only come to the rescue if you're a permanent resident in the UK. It's just not fair!
