I've been with this company for quite a few years now and every time, I decide to stick with them and renew my travel insurance. Even though their prices are a tad bit higher than others out there, what keeps me coming back is their honesty and openness in the way they work. The team has always been there to help me out and answer any questions I may have. But I would like them to know that I'd rather not have my policy automatically renewed next time, as I prefer to reach out to them myself when I'm ready to renew.
