I’m not happy with the site changes and the recent order. Bought replacement coils because my kit was acting up and I needed them fast, so this was important to me. But the order gave me the wrong linked coils, the reorder function is hidden now so I wasted time, and after paying I’ve got no confirmation and can't access the orders page — makes it feel like the order vanished. Customer chat was slow, decent prices but not worth the hassle. Bit annoyed, to be honest.
Small doubts, big surprise
I was sceptical at first — spotted them on a mate’s Insta and almost ignored it. Went ahead, service calmed me down (quick replies), selection’s solid and they even chucked in a sample, which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery was fine.
Phone call turned it around
give them a chance to fix it, they actually did.
Misleading stock info, watch out
the site saying items were "in stock" is not something I'd rely on. I ordered a few bits because I was mid-way through moving house and needed them — also trying to avoid extra strain with my dodgy back — but only got part of the order. Nine days later, and only after I chased them, I was told some items weren't available and I'd be refunded. The refund did come quite quickly, which was an unexpected plus, but it doesn't make up for paying over £16 for signature delivery and then having to rejig plans. There was no apology, no proactive update, just silence until I asked. If you have time and patience, it might be okay, but if you're on a deadline (or have physical limitations), double-check availability first.
Nearly missed a bargain
I nearly didn’t buy — kept wondering if the bargain was too good to be true — but after using it for a week I’m properly pleased. Sent the wrong thing back easily, got the right one cheap, first night was promising, really glad.
