I ordered a box of cigars and they never actually reached me — customs in Italy sent the parcel back and that was the start of the mess. The tracking showed return, then silence. I chased them for months about a refund (around $650) and got either very slow answers or no answer at all; at one point my emails just vanished. Weirdly I'm a bit relieved it wasn't lost or stolen, but I'm proper annoyed at the lack of communication. Other places I've used sorted customs issues fast, so this felt shabby.
