not brilliant, but I ended up reasonably happy after a lot of hassle. I bought the intro box thinking it was a bargain, only to see postage push the total up by a third — annoying, and the clothes are very much budget stuff: all stretch synthetics, no cotton or wool anywhere. You don't pick items yourself, they choose for you, so expect surprises. Worst bit was the subscription charge — $95 hit my account without a clear heads-up; no tracking info and contact is web-only. I chased them four times with no reply at first, then finally they responded, sorted a partial refund and the replacement arrived. So yes, sceptical to satisfied — still, check your card, cancel the sub if you can, and don't expect natural fabrics.
