Honestly, I’m not buying from them again. I ordered five boxes of coils that were listed as in stock and what arrived was a completely different coil — useless to me. I messaged them straight away, they said they’d actually run out and offered a return label and a refund. I sent the items back and got the refund about a week later, only to see they’d taken $10.70 for shipping. Felt unfair — they sent the wrong thing without asking. On the flip side the parcel arrived quickly and was nicely packed, and the person I spoke to was polite, so not all bad. Still, other suppliers handle this properly.
Bought in bulk, cautious but relieved
a few worked straight away, others barely a puff. I tried a couple over the following days to be sure, because how do you know until you use them? Customer service were slow at first and said I should've reported sooner, which was frustrating. After another email things finally moved and I got replacements for the dead ones. Not perfect, but I'm glad it was sorted in the end. Would buy again, just be ready to chase them if needed.
Finally sorted
I remember standing at my desk, a bit fed up after the previous site charged weird shipping and signature fees and never answered the phone. I switched to another retailer six weeks ago and my first impression was that their checkout actually matched the advertised prices — a small relief. I placed a couple of items and the point I knew I was satisfied was when a real person answered my call, explained the delivery options clearly and confirmed there'd be no surprise fees. The parcel turned up two days later, well packed, and — rather unexpectedly, they'd popped in a small sample which was a nice touch. Not perfect, but for me the hassle-free service and honest billing made the difference. I'm sticking with them for now.
