Honestly, I loved it — the album was exactly what I hoped for, even better in places. I needed the engraving tweaked and gave them a ring; they were proper helpful, friendly and sorted it fast, which is rare these days. It arrived in under 24 hours and now lives on my coffee table, full of messy family snaps and a few proper keepers. Slightly teary, slightly smug, and I'll buy from them again, no question.

solid cover and proper thick pages. I paid for 2–3 day express to the US and it actually arrived quickly, which was a relief. Oddly, there was a £5 adjustment at checkout that ended up in my favour. Packaging was tidy, nothing fancy. All in all a calm, pleasant buy.
