Quick and amazing customer service
When you come across a problem, you really start to see how well a company operates. Cartridge People were absolutely fantastic when I reached out for help. Their customer service was spot on, they got back to me really quickly, and they sorted everything out in no time. I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Liam and George for all their help this time around!
Order new toner, slight issue with previous delivery, replacement arranged, new and replacement toners delivered next day
Wow, I had to order a new toner and I mentioned a small problem with the one I received last year on the phone. They took the details and assured me that customer services would be in touch. Shortly after, Louise gave me a call, resolved the issue, and arranged for a new toner to be sent out. Before I knew it, both the new toner and the replacement one arrived the very next day. Big thanks to Cartridge People!
Fast dispatch and free tracked delivery
Cartridge People never fails to impress me with how quickly they dispatch orders and offer free tracked delivery. I would definitely suggest going for their own brand inks, they work just as well as the original ones. Apart from ink cartridges, they also have a great selection of supplies, making them the perfect place to go for all your printing needs.
Faulty printer fix
Our printer was churning out rubbish quality prints, but after a bit of back and forth with the technical support team, especially George, our problem got sorted. George was a star, walking us through checking the printer drum unit and always getting back to us quickly on email. Big thanks to George for his top-notch help!
Complete set of cartridges
I recently bought a full set of cartridges from Cartridge People for my printer. Everything was fine until I noticed a problem with the black cartridge - it was printing more grey than black. I tried a few things like cleaning the printer heads, but the issue kept happening. So, I decided to get in touch with Cartridge People's Customer Services, and I have to say, I was really impressed. The lady I spoke to was really nice and understanding. She said sorry for the trouble and promised to send out a new black cartridge straight away. And you know what? The next day, the replacement cartridge arrived, along with a bag for me to send back the old one for recycling. And guess what else? They even chucked in some tea bags as a nice touch. The new black cartridge is working perfectly now, and I'm super happy with the help I got from Cartridge People. Time to make a cup of tea!
Black toner cartridge purchase
I bought a black toner cartridge from Cartridge People not long ago, but had a problem with my printer. It said the toner was empty, even though I had just put in a new one. I got in touch with their customer service team and spoke to a guy named George. He was really helpful and knew what he was talking about. George walked me through some technical fixes and figured out the problem. They sent me a new black toner cartridge right away, and I got it the very next day. I was impressed by how quickly they sorted it out and the great customer service I got from George. Thanks for your help.
Replacement toner cartridge
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely staff at this company, especially Hannah, for sorting out the issue I had with a replacement toner cartridge. I've been a customer here for a good few years now, and I have to say their team always goes the extra mile to help with any problems. Compatible cartridge pack purchase
I recently bought some compatible ink cartridges from Cartridge People. But when I tried to put them in my HP Envy printer, I ran into problems because HP had blocked them with new firmware. Despite feeling annoyed with HP's actions, the customer service rep from Cartridge People, George, was incredibly helpful. I was really impressed with how quickly they sorted out the issue and I'm grateful for their understanding. Even though it had been 5 months since I bought the cartridges, they gave me a full credit refund. Cartridge People is a great example of top-notch customer service.
Ink cartridges
I recently purchased some ink cartridges and they're working just as well as the official ones for my printer. I was keen on recycling them, so I reached out to CP and Lindsay was incredibly quick to assist me. She's currently sending me some recycling envelopes. I must say, the service has been truly top-notch!
Dymo label writer
I bought a Dymo label writer from this company a couple of years back. Unfortunately, I ran into some problems with it and had to contact the manufacturer for help. They asked for the purchase invoice including the date. So, I got in touch with Cartridge People and they were really quick in responding to my email. They sent me the invoice without any delay. I'm really grateful for their fantastic customer service and assistance.
Ink cartridges purchase
I bought some ink cartridges from this company not long ago, and one of them stopped working after just two weeks. But I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. George sorted out my problem quickly and made sure a replacement cartridge was delivered the next day. Thanks to his swift actions, I was able to get back to printing without any issues. Returned cartridges for incorrect printer
I recently bought some printer cartridges, but I realised I got the wrong ones. I sent them back, but it looks like they got lost on the way. Marianne from Cartridge People's customer service team was amazing at finding out where they went. She was really professional and sorted everything out quickly. I'm happy to say I'll be getting my refund soon.
301 generic ink cartridges
I've been really happy with the stuff I've bought from this company, especially the 301 generic ink cartridges I got. The quality is always great and they arrive quickly. On the rare occasion I had a problem with one of my orders, the customer service team sorted it out quickly and effectively. For example, one time a black ink cartridge wasn't working right, but after doing what they suggested, they sent me a replacement without any fuss. Then, when a colour cartridge from the same order had an issue later on, they quickly sent me a replacement and honoured the guarantee until the end of the period. Their dedication to making customers happy is amazing. I'm really happy with the service I've had and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.

I recently bought some printer ink and the staff at the shop were really great - so friendly and helpful. They assisted me in choosing the best ink for my printer and it arrived really quickly.
Incorrect Item Dispatched
I was really let down by the company when I got my latest order. I bought some ink cartridges for my printer, but when the package arrived, I saw they sent me the wrong ones. I only figured this out when I went to change the cartridges and had already opened one of the packs.
Quick shopping
I bought some ink for my printer from here and it was really quick and easy. The customer service was fantastic and the prices were really reasonable. The delivery came fast and the packaging was great, all eco-friendly and everything. They even provide a prepaid packet for you to send back your used cartridges for recycling! I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Large capacity toner cartridge
I had a problem with a big toner cartridge I bought from Cartridge People. When I got in touch with their tech support, Hannah helped me do some tests to figure out what was wrong. Once we found out the cartridge was faulty, they quickly sent me a new one for next day delivery. I was really impressed with how fast they sorted everything out and how helpful Hannah was. It was great to get such good service, especially when lots of companies don't seem to care as much about customers. I would definitely recommend them, 10 out of 10.
Urgently needed A3 pink paper
I recently bought a ream of A3 pink paper for an urgent exam at the College. The customer services team, especially Mike, were amazing! Mike made sure the paper arrived the next day, going the extra mile to track the delivery and ensure it got to us in time for our student's exam. This excellent service really helped our student, who finds it hard to read off white paper. I'm so thankful for the top-notch service from Cartridge People, and a huge thank you to Mike for all his help.
