I was half expecting a bit of faff when my tablet’s screen died, but the support team surprised me. Took a couple of weeks of back-and-forth at odd times — evenings, late mornings, that sort of thing — and they stuck with it. The rep talked me through driver checks, Windows updates, swapping USB sockets and cables, and honestly walked me step by step so I didn’t feel lost. We even did remote sessions and arranged times that actually fitted around my work from home routine; that was handy. They kept in touch without being pushy, clarified bits when I was muddled, and even helped during the spring holiday — which I didn’t expect, but really appreciated. In the end the screen was beyond saving and I was told I’ll need a new tablet, which is a shame because I use this one daily for sketching and quick edits, but the way they handled it made all the difference. Not flawless, a few pauses and repeats here and there, but friendly and proper helpful. Big thanks to the rep and the techs.
Fault fixed fast
I unboxed this tablet last week and hit a snag straight away — a grey screen and no signal. I contacted support and, to my surprise, they were on it within a day. They organised a replacement and explained each step clearly, which made the whole thing painless. New unit works perfectly. Not a perfect start, but their response turned it around.
