I messaged a problem and got a clear reply within a day, they actually try to sort things quickly and even offer solutions I didn’t expect. Only caveat is their national holidays — when China shuts down, responses can lag for a couple of weeks, which annoyed me once but is understandable. Compared with other firms that simply ignore you, these guys are refreshingly proactive. Overall I'm quite pleased. I'd buy again soon.
Nice build, poor support
tidy design, shabby aftercare and modest expectations.
Small relief, mixed feelings
circles on screen, ovals on wood. That wrecked a few coasters and annoyed me. I tried getting help from Sculpfun and heard nothing, so I had to diagnose it myself. Turned out the Y‑belt was a bit slack — tightened it, now it works properly. Glad that fixed it, but still miffed at the lack of customer support.

documentation could be clearer on a couple of accessories, but the staff helped guide me through. Tip for others: don’t shy away if you rely on after-sales — they’ll help, and fairly fast too.
