Decent service, though the textiles didn't quite hold up. I first saw the range on a colleague's Instagram and bought a blanket, pillow and sheets. Delivery and ordering were smooth. Within three months threads on the blanket loosened. Still usable, but a bit disappointing.
Relief at the end
I realised I was actually pleased only after their customer service sorted the mess. The kitchen cloths and bath towels kept shedding when I dried stuff, the knives went blunt after a few uses and the tin opener failed on first try. The pans lost some of their finish while cooking. Delivery was fine — it even arrived before I did. After I complained they offered a refund under the guarantee, and that quick fix made me relieved.
