When everything turned up and fitted our plans without any fuss, I knew we’d made the right call. I was a bit doubtful because we booked fairly late, but it made our everyday setup so much easier. A few more swap-around or upgrade options would be handy, though.
Handy start, but not quite complete
My flatmate spotted these online and passed them on. Delivery was quick and customer service answered a question without any fuss. The kit felt decent overall, though we still had to buy glasses and plates. Nice touches like shampoo and washing-up bits, mind.
Not quite right for my bed
I only received one pillow (got two pillowcases though), and the duvet was a different size to the cover — cover seemed double, duvet single. My bed is an awkward in-between, so fit wasn’t perfect. Still usable, just a bit annoying and not seamless. Would I reorder? Maybe, for the material and price.
Nice service, fabric let-down
Decent service, though the textiles didn't quite hold up. I first saw the range on a colleague's Instagram and bought a blanket, pillow and sheets. Delivery and ordering were smooth. Within three months threads on the blanket loosened. Still usable, but a bit disappointing.
Relief at the end
I realised I was actually pleased only after their customer service sorted the mess. The kitchen cloths and bath towels kept shedding when I dried stuff, the knives went blunt after a few uses and the tin opener failed on first try. The pans lost some of their finish while cooking. Delivery was fine — it even arrived before I did. After I complained they offered a refund under the guarantee, and that quick fix made me relieved.
