    Avoid !

    I ordered a jumper, using their size guide. I have to say ordering was easy, I got an immediate email confirming my order which was followed by an electronic receipt. I received my item very quickly - it was lovely, great quality but huge so had to be returned. I contacted Stradivarius and they immediately sent me a return form to print which had pre-paid tracked postage. So far, fabulous service I thought ! After two weeks I still had not received a refund to my PayPal account. I telephoned and the customer service rep agreed I should have been refunded by this time, so she would flag up to their head office and would ring or email me back. She done neither ! I telephoned again the next day and the rep said that she could see I had phoned and I would be informed when a decision had been made by the head office. I asked what did she meant by that as the goods were returned to Stradivarius by tracked postage and they had no reason not to refund me. I then informed her I would continue to phone daily until I was refunded. A couple of hours later I was given a refund. Great service re ordering and delivery, good quality products but I would never shop with Stradivarius again in fear I had to return something- shame !

    At first, I wasn't sure about ordering from this shop because I had seen some mixed reviews, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. I was actually really pleased with my time shopping at Stradivarius. I've bought a few pairs of jeans from them and I've been really happy with how good they look and how well they're made. Although I did have to send back a couple of things because they didn't fit right. The process for returning them was easy and straightforward, which was a relief. I'll definitely keep shopping here for jeans, but I'll be more careful about checking the sizes next time.

    Beige Cargo trousers

    Not ordered or delivered so star rating is N/A, this review is focused on quality of the product. Lovely looking and feels brilliant but after the second time wearing them, they developed a hole in the corner where the leg pocket connects to the trouser. The third time wearing them, they developed 8 separate holes in the corners around the 4 pockets, they are not fit for using them as cargo trousers or just as a fashion piece. Thus the price tag is not a good fit for the quality.

    I love Stradivarius clothes therefore decided to order my winter wardrobe. Online it stated my goods were available to buy, I bought and waited. When my items were due to arrive I received an email to say that all my goods were unavailable and I would be refunded. Very disappointed that I wouldn't receive my goods at last minute. I would try again but would advise Stradivarius to keep site updated to avoid disappointment for customers.

    Two items of clothing

    I popped into the shop on my birthday to treat myself to some new clothes. I found two pieces that I really liked and headed to the self-checkout to pay. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a problem - my card was approved on the machine but then it said the payment hadn't gone through on the other screen. Long story short, I ended up being charged twice for the same items, even though the manager assured me it wouldn't go through.

    I've been struggling to get a refund from customer service, despite having all the receipts to prove what happened. Dealing with this whole situation has been a nightmare, especially as a student without much money to spare. On top of that, the store was really short-staffed and the staff were unhelpful, rude, and dismissive during the whole hour I had to wait around. It's safe to say, I won't be going back there anytime soon.

    Firstly, I would advise against working at this place. It's not a fun or fulfilling experience at all. The management treats you poorly, giving you the same boring tasks every day. Let's take the Stradivarius store in Utrecht for example - it's a nightmare. You'll feel unappreciated and overwhelmed right from the start. The lack of respect for employees is shocking, with unreasonable demands and strict rules that feel like you're back in kindergarten. Imagine having to ask to drink water - it's crazy. And let's not even get started on the break hours. You only get a short break after two hours of work, then you have to keep going for another 4/5 hours without a break. It's a toxic environment that just sucks the life out of you. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

    Knit ankle boots

    I got these knitted ankle boots about three months back, and honestly, I'm really disappointed with them. Even though I didn't wear them every day, the soles have already torn where my foot bends while walking. They looked great on my feet, but the material they're made of is just really poor quality. It's such a shame to see them fall apart after just a few wears.

    The sizes turned out to be smaller than I thought they'd be, but I've realised that it can change depending on the brand. Sending the items back was easy and straightforward. Waiting for the money to come back was a bit stressful, especially after hearing some bad feedback. Luckily, it all worked out in the end and I got my refund without any problems.

    I was a bit surprised to see quite a few negative reviews online, but my own experience with the app wasn't perfect.     Dirty shirt with foundation stains

    I bought a shirt from this shop recently and was really let down to see that it came dirty, with makeup stains that seemed like they wouldn't come out even after washing. Although I got my money back for the shirt, I had to pay to send it back, which doesn't seem fair since it arrived in a used and damaged condition. This isn't the first time this has happened with this shop, and it's given me a bad view of them. I expect higher standards from a shop with a good reputation for quality and customer service.

    I've never come across a more disappointing company than this one. The customer service they offer is just terrible. Like many others, I got a faulty item and tried to get it replaced, only to receive another one that was also faulty. They say the warehouse hasn't got the item back, but their website says otherwise, which is just not on. It's really frustrating not to get a refund when everything shows the return was done. This company doesn't take responsibility or show what they're doing with customers' money, which is worrying. Last time, I had to really push to get a £90 refund, which is just crazy. My advice is to stay away from online purchases and only deal with them through reliable agents or at their stores. This company should be ashamed of how they operate.

    This company is a complete joke. I ordered 2 things and then got emails saying they were out of stock and cancelled. Can you believe they let me buy stuff that wasn't even there? It took them 2 weeks to give me my money back, which is ridiculous. Their customer service is awful. I'd recommend staying away from this company.

    I recently bought three clothing items from this company, and it has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had as a shopper. They said my order would arrive in a few days after I paid, but weeks passed with no sign of it. I tried messaging them on the website and got no reply. So, I phoned customer service 8 times over the next month and a half, and also sent multiple emails. Each time I called, I was told sorry and that my issue would be sorted urgently. They even said a supervisor would call me back within a few hours, but that never happened. It looks like they've taken my money and not sent me any clothes. I've spent so much time trying to fix this with no luck, and it's really not fair.

    I bought a pair of skinny jeans from a popular high street fashion retailer recently. Sadly, they ripped in two places after only a few months of wearing them. I was quite disappointed in the quality, so I contacted their customer service for help. Even after sending photos of the tears, they requested the order number and receipt, which I couldn't provide as the jeans were actually a gift. Despite explaining my situation, the company refused to help me, showing a lack of trust in their customers and a focus only on making money. It's a shame to see them value profit over quality and customer satisfaction. I won't be shopping with them again.

    Dirty soiled items

    I recently bought some stuff from this company, and it was a nightmare. The things I got were filthy and looked like they'd been worn or used by someone else. They had stains from deodorant and makeup, and even smelt strongly of perfume. As soon as I saw them, I got in touch with customer service to sort it out. They said I could send the faulty items back for a refund. But when I sent them back, I was charged for the return postage and only got a refund for one item. Even though I showed proof that both things were sent back together, they said they only got one. This lack of responsibility and honesty is really shocking.
