I ordered a jumper, using their size guide. I have to say ordering was easy, I got an immediate email confirming my order which was followed by an electronic receipt. I received my item very quickly - it was lovely, great quality but huge so had to be returned. I contacted Stradivarius and they immediately sent me a return form to print which had pre-paid tracked postage. So far, fabulous service I thought ! After two weeks I still had not received a refund to my PayPal account. I telephoned and the customer service rep agreed I should have been refunded by this time, so she would flag up to their head office and would ring or email me back. She done neither ! I telephoned again the next day and the rep said that she could see I had phoned and I would be informed when a decision had been made by the head office. I asked what did she meant by that as the goods were returned to Stradivarius by tracked postage and they had no reason not to refund me. I then informed her I would continue to phone daily until I was refunded. A couple of hours later I was given a refund. Great service re ordering and delivery, good quality products but I would never shop with Stradivarius again in fear I had to return something- shame !

Not ordered or delivered so star rating is N/A, this review is focused on quality of the product. Lovely looking and feels brilliant but after the second time wearing them, they developed a hole in the corner where the leg pocket connects to the trouser. The third time wearing them, they developed 8 separate holes in the corners around the 4 pockets, they are not fit for using them as cargo trousers or just as a fashion piece. Thus the price tag is not a good fit for the quality.

When my items were due to arrive I received an email to say that all my goods were unavailable and I would be refunded. Very disappointed that I wouldn't receive my goods at last minute. I would try again but would advise Stradivarius to keep site updated to avoid disappointment for customers.

Absolutely terrible company!!! They are lying to customers this month saying that they have dispatched our orders but there's an issue with Royal Mail. Absolute lies!!! I've ordered something 24 days ago and still no sight of my product and nothing from Stradivarius!! I had to call them several times this month and every time they told me my order is on its way. Today I called again and the lady said it may be lost but she has to contact Royal Mail first. Come on, what a load of lies! I've seen the comments of the other customers here and many are experiencing the same thing this month. Really? So Royal Mail is accidentally losing many items, all from Stradivarius? I have made other orders from other companies this month and they all got delivered in 3-5 days, like usual. Stradivarius are a bunch of liars and I want them to pay for the massive inconvenience they have caused me for not delivering my xmas gift!!! Never buy from them again.

My account on Stradivarius (Spain based stradivarius.com/es/en) was hacked and used on July 27, 2020. Whoever hacked my account has used my card to place three orders as followed:

Nº:50024042907 270,00 € (gift cards)
Nº:50024042349 23,94 € (a dress)
I have stopped shopping on their site for over a year now. So I contacted them right away via live chat on their site and their email customer service, as well as my bank to report the issue in an attempt to stop or cancel the transaction. Just to be clear, I have received none of those orders since they were canceled. Stradivarius informed me that the orders were canceled and refunds for the mentioned orders were made correctly on July 27.
However, they later required a police statement about what happened in order to issue a refund. I have moved to Switzerland so I cannot report to Vietnamese police (where my card was made) or Spanish police (where the transaction occurred). But I did report it to the police in Switzerland (as they asked after explaining my situation) but still received no refund until now, August 26.
They said Nº:50024042907 was refunded on the same day, yet my bank statement shows no credit from them. Besides, Stradivarius did inform me that order 50024044107 will be refunded on 27/07 but they actually did not issue it. Now they refuse to do anything else but asked me to work with the bank and the police to get my money back.
Stradivarius has not only constantly gone against their words but also been not transparent about the refund process as well as their security system. I want to spread the words about this so everyone that has shopped or intends to shop on Stradivarius website can reconsider. Who knows what they can do with our card information once it is in their system?

When I asked them they said they will give me an answer as soon as possible. After I received an email saying that I will receive a refund.
Very sad because I didn't ask for a refund I was asking to have my item delivered because wasn't my fault that they forgot to send that as well
