Halfway through a late touch-up I remembered the set I'd hesitated over — the price on the site put me off, but I went for it. They arrived quickly, genuine paints and reasonable postage. I use them most evenings for small DIY jobs; the doubts melted.
Debit card drama, nice product
no, we won’t refund until you send the item back to us and we’ve checked it. So they wanted to post it to me, me to send it back, wait for inspection, then refund, only after which I could re-order. It felt very old-school and slow. Anyway, the product itself when it turned up is fine. It’s solid, does what it should, and I’ve been using it daily without problems. Feels well made, not flimsy, and comfortable to handle — so that part is a relief. I’m glad the purchase wasn't a dud. But the customer service process needs modernising. A simple option to cancel before dispatch or take a duplicate payment then adjust would save everyone time. If you value the item quality, go for it, but be careful with the card you use and don’t expect a quick fix if you mess up.
Saved my deadline
Absolutely worth it — saved the day, honestly. Midway through making birthday cards I realised I needed that exact teal pad, and a mate tipped me off to World of Craft. Prices were cheaper than the others, postage clear, and it turned up quick. The pad itself is fine, no drama, just does what it should.
