Woke up the morning after the move, bottle, thinking this was going to be another dud — Harrods' version lasted all day, this one seemed shy at first. I needed something to feel like me after moving, so I kept at it. After a couple of hours the dry‑down opened up and stayed; still suspect batch issues, but pleasantly surprised in the end.
Not worth the hassle
Overall, I wouldn't recommend them — customer care is useless. A friend recommended them and I used the 50ml club link, but the order points never showed up. For three weeks I've been chasing it; support just told me to sign up again using the same link, which only opens my account. No fix, no follow-up, and that makes me doubt they'll sort shipping issues either. Quite frustrating, to be honest.
