Midway through the wait I relaxed, delivery arrived on time, customer service replied quickly, hats were fine. After poor experiences elsewhere, glad this one actually worked out.
Wanted a blank jumper
I ordered a plain jumper to tie-dye and they refused to dispatch the blank one — annoying, since I paid. Support replied quickly and was polite, so that surprised me, but honestly other sellers I used before never had this hassle.
Reluctant buy turned decent tool
Spotted it on a mate's workbench and, to be honest, I was wary — their ordering was odd, asking what I’d use it for, but I ordered anyway. It's solid, sits well in the hand and actually made the job quicker, so I'm quietly pleased.
