In-store purchase and refund - refund never received theft/fraud
Actually would not like to give any stars they are the worst company ever. I purchased a couple of things at the High Street Kensington, London store and eventually returned them. It’s over a month and I still have not received my refund. The store says it’s up to the customer service team to sort out and their customer service team says it’s down to the store. All goods were returned to them. This is considered theft. After weeks of emails to customer service, cause there isn’t a phone number for in-store issues, and after going to the store on several occasions and calling, no one in this ridiculous company wants to help. Dispute companies say that they need to provide the refund details, which they are not providing. My bank is now having to put this through as fraud
