two weeks gone, parcel sent to Londonderry instead of London after a postcode mix-up when handed to the carrier. There were loads of emails, they blamed the shipping firm, and I only got a refund after it came back to them — awkward and slow, and I did pay €191 for the trouble. Still, I'm glad it ended up sorted and the racket itself is fine for daily use. Would prefer better shipping choices next time.
Properly surprised
I bought this because my lower back had been killing me after a move and long days at my desk. It's an ergonomic office chair and honestly it feels brilliant — firmer than I expected, proper lumbar support that sits where it should, breathable fabric and a comfy seat that doesn't collapse after a couple of hours. Assembly was a bit fiddly with one awkward bolt but nothing major. I was wary after a rubbish purchase, so I was pleasantly surprised it arrived early and even included a small foam pad. Big thumbs up.
Kitchen-table patience
Sat at my kitchen table tapping my foot, I almost gave up on this order — it took a couple of weeks to arrive, the tracking looked stuck abroad and their replies were mostly the same tracking link. That had me properly sceptical. But once it did turn up, I'm actually pleasantly surprised. The thing feels solid in the hand, the fabric's soft, and I've been using it every morning with my coffee. It's become one of those small, reliable things — it slips into my routine better than I expected. Could they have been faster? Definitely. But for the price and how it feels day-to-day, I'm pretty pleased. A bit of hassle, then a good result.

After ages of slow replies they confirmed the cancellation and promised a refund within 15 working days (they said that on 12 December). It's now 16 January and still no refund, and emails are being ignored. Honestly, I wanted to like this: the idea of the shoes sounded great, the specs were fine, but the whole experience has been clumsy and frustrating. Not the smooth brand rep you'd expect.
