I had a nagging doubt about ordering — no photos despite my request. Still, I went ahead for a 26-inch ombré wig. It arrived in about two weeks. The colour was more yellow than the 'blonde' I expected and the length felt closer to 16–18 inches. The brown-to-blonde transition was a harsh ginger ring. Contacting customer service was slow and at first they suggested keeping it for twenty quid, which I declined. I then raised a dispute via Clearpay and got a refund. Not ideal, but at least it ended up sorted. I’ve had better luck elsewhere; will be more cautious next time.
Sorted after a shaky start
a noticeably better honey‑blonde blend, softer highlights and a fuller feel — still not flawless but good enough to wear straight away. They also popped in a small brush and a short care note, which I didn’t expect. Delivery for the replacement was quicker than they initially suggested. So it started badly, but the practical fix and clear communication left me actually satisfied. I’d be cautious ordering again, but at least they made it right.
Quirks aside, it worked
I asked for chocolate brown with subtle #30 highlights, but it arrived a lot brighter, almost blonde in places. That was annoying, but after a careful wash, a good straightening and a trim it calmed down and I was pleased with it. The density and length were a bit off too — noticeably thinner and shorter than expected — yet it sat well, didn’t itch and stayed put throughout. Customer support was a bit slow and pushed back on returns because of custom dye, which frustrated me, but in the end it did the job for the event.

good hair and solid delivery, but they need to sort order accuracy before I'll trust them with another important buy or two.
