The ordering was dead easy, and my stuff came really quick. But you know what, one of the LED lights I bought doesn't even work! It's a pain because I was really excited to use it, and now I've got to send it back and wait for a new one.
Battery lights
The website was dead easy to use and I found just what I was after - battery lights! The description was bang on and really helped me pick out the perfect lights for my room. The delivery was lightning fast and I had my lights in a jiffy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone on the hunt for some cool and funky lights!
Bulb purchase
I bought a bulb from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed. It gives off just the right amount of light, unlike some others I've tried which were too bright. The quality of the product is excellent and I'm very happy with my purchase.
Solar garden lights
I recently bought some solar garden lights from this company and let me tell you, I'm so happy with them! Putting them together was a breeze, and now these 10 lights are lighting up my little garden beautifully. The shapes they make are so cool, they really give my outdoor space a special vibe. Lava lamps for my kids
I ordered a couple of lava lamps for the kids and I have to say, the delivery was super quick. The lamps are brilliant and have really created a relaxed and captivating atmosphere in the kids' rooms. However, I did have a slight problem with one of the bulbs. I got in touch by email and I was really pleased with the quick response and top-notch customer service. They quickly sent a replacement bulb, which was really nice of them. The kids and I are totally smitten with the lava lamps and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
UV light poster
The UV light poster looks amazing when it's turned on, but it's a bit annoying because it leaves a smudgy mark on white walls when it's switched off. I was a bit let down by this, as I was expecting it to be completely clear when not in use. However, the poster is actually really good quality and does what it's supposed to do under UV light.
Quick, well-packed, pleased

Retro blob lava lamps
I received two retro blob lava lamps for Christmas and they were amazing! They looked really nice and functioned perfectly. Sadly, one of the bottles got dropped on Christmas Day and it broke. I got in touch with the company and they were extremely kind, sending me a replacement bottle without any trouble. Their customer service was top-notch and I really appreciated their assistance. Cute torches for my daughters
I bought these cute torches for my daughters and they love them. The torches are really nice and soft, just right for little hands to hold. The customer service from this company was great. They gave me a call to check my order and make sure there were no mistakes, which I thought was kind. Because of this, they put both my orders together and saved me some money on delivery. This meant my kids could have a little something extra with their Christmas money, which was a lovely surprise for them.
Fire pit purchase
I have to say, the service at this place is absolutely fantastic. The website was so easy to use, placing my order was a walk in the park. LED light product purchase
I bought this LED light thing from The Glow Company back in January, but it went wrong after a few weeks. I got in touch with their customer service team, via email and phone, and I have to admit, they were really helpful and quick to respond. They didn't just offer me a replacement for the faulty product, they even gave me a choice of colours to make sure I was happy with it. The new part arrived at 10am the very next morning, which I thought was pretty impressive.
Four LED bulbs
I recently bought four LED bulbs from The Glow Company and I'm really pleased with them. They look brilliant in my summer house and give off just the right amount of light. One of the bulbs had some visible LEDs, which seemed a bit off, but when the company got in touch with me on Thursday to ask if everything was alright with my order, I mentioned the issue. To my surprise, they offered to send me a replacement without me even having to ask, and it arrived on Saturday. I was really impressed by their customer service and how quickly they sorted out the problem. The bulbs are top quality and they've created a lovely atmosphere in my outdoor space. I would definitely recommend both the bulbs and the company for their fantastic customer service.

Variety of lighting options
I recently bought a bunch of lights from the website and I was really impressed with how easy it was to find what I needed. There were loads of different options to choose from. I ended up getting a few more skirts for my students and they loved them too. All in all, I had a great time shopping with The Glow Company and I reckon their stuff is worth checking out.
LED flame candles
I bought some lovely LED grey dancing flame candles from this company not long ago and I have to say I'm really pleased with how they look and the service I received. The candles give a cosy feel to my home and they look so realistic. They were packed up really well too, so they arrived in perfect condition. When I had a question, the customer service team were really quick to help and very friendly. I'll definitely be shopping with them again because of the great service and top-notch product quality.
Cool Lamp with App
Wow, I just got this lamp and it's amazing! The delivery was really quick and the lamp has some fantastic features, like being able to programme it with an app. We were so pleasantly surprised and happy with how fantastic it is!!
Lamp purchase, well packaged
I was really pleased with all the stuff they had at this shop, loads of different things to choose from. And there were some awesome discounts going on too, which is always a bonus. The lamp I bought was packaged up so well, it was like opening a safe! The delivery was super quick and smooth, which is always a good thing. On the whole, I'm chuffed with my purchase.
Secret Santa gift purchase
I recently bought a special 'weather predicting gnome' as a Secret Santa present. The purchase process went really smoothly, with the item being accepted and sent out on the same day, and it arrived the next day. They even took note of the colour we wanted and made sure to send that one. The quality of the product was even better than I expected, and the person who received the gift really loved it - it was a lovely and different present that caught their eye.
