Four LED bulbs
I recently bought four LED bulbs from The Glow Company and I'm really pleased with them. They look brilliant in my summer house and give off just the right amount of light. One of the bulbs had some visible LEDs, which seemed a bit off, but when the company got in touch with me on Thursday to ask if everything was alright with my order, I mentioned the issue. To my surprise, they offered to send me a replacement without me even having to ask, and it arrived on Saturday. I was really impressed by their customer service and how quickly they sorted out the problem. The bulbs are top quality and they've created a lovely atmosphere in my outdoor space. I would definitely recommend both the bulbs and the company for their fantastic customer service.
Secret Santa gift purchase
I recently bought a special 'weather predicting gnome' as a Secret Santa present. Lava lamps for my kids
I ordered a couple of lava lamps for the kids and I have to say, the delivery was super quick. The lamps are brilliant and have really created a relaxed and captivating atmosphere in the kids' rooms. However, I did have a slight problem with one of the bulbs. I got in touch by email and I was really pleased with the quick response and top-notch customer service. The ordering was dead easy, and my stuff came really quick. But you know what, one of the LED lights I bought doesn't even work! It's a pain because I was really excited to use it, and now I've got to send it back and wait for a new one.

I bought some lovely LED grey dancing flame candles from this company not long ago and I have to say I'm really pleased with how they look and the service I received. The candles give a cosy feel to my home and they look so realistic. They were packed up really well too, so they arrived in perfect condition. Fantastic service, beautiful products
I ordered a lovely product called angel chimes, when I received it I found that the product did not rotate as it should, I got on to Glow and without hesitation they sent me a free of charge returns docket and then after investigating the issue they sent out replacements which I have received today.
What a fantastic way this company deal with their customers, they obviously know that excellent customer services does count.

I bought these cute torches for my daughters and they love them. The torches are really nice and soft, just right for little hands to hold. The customer service from this company was great. They gave me a call to check my order and make sure there were no mistakes, which I thought was kind. Because of this, they put both my orders together and saved me some money on delivery. This meant my kids could have a little something extra with their Christmas money, which was a lovely surprise for them.

UV light poster
The UV light poster looks amazing when it's turned on, but it's a bit annoying because it leaves a smudgy mark on white walls when it's switched off. I was a bit let down by this, as I was expecting it to be completely clear when not in use. However, the poster is actually really good quality and does what it's supposed to do under UV light.

Retro blob lava lamps
I received two retro blob lava lamps for Christmas and they were amazing! They looked really nice and functioned perfectly. Sadly, one of the bottles got dropped on Christmas Day and it broke. I got in touch with the company and they were extremely kind, sending me a replacement bottle without any trouble. Their customer service was top-notch and I really appreciated their assistance. I have to say, the service at this place is absolutely fantastic. The website was so easy to use, placing my order was a walk in the park. I bought this LED light thing from The Glow Company back in January, but it went wrong after a few weeks. I got in touch with their customer service team, via email and phone, and I have to admit, they were really helpful and quick to respond. They didn't just offer me a replacement for the faulty product, they even gave me a choice of colours to make sure I was happy with it. The new part arrived at 10am the very next morning, which I thought was pretty impressive.
