I had been searching for an olive green bag to complete my outfit for a day event, and I finally found the perfect one at this store. The tassel bag with a wide fabric strap really caught my eye, and I also got a matching bag strap to go with it. The colour is absolutely stunning and I received so many compliments on it. Actually, my Mother loved it so much that she asked me to get her one for her birthday, which I did. Since then, I have bought several Christmas gifts from this store and all of them have been top quality. The products look and feel beautiful, and the gift wrapping is exceptional. This store has definitely become my new go-to for gifts and personal items.
Handbags purchase
I bought two handbags. The first one was quite big, but I wasn't too keen on the strap. The second one was a bit too small for my liking, but I really liked the strap on that one. I got in touch with them, and they were really helpful in sorting out the return of the bags and refunding my money. I then decided to order another bag, but when I tried to use a discount code, it didn't work. I sent them an email about it, and they quickly sorted it out and gave me the discount I was supposed to have. Their customer service is just fantastic!
Defect, Customer Service, Replacement
Oh, my goodness! So, I got this bag, right? And it was really cool and all, but then there was this tiny defect. So, I emailed them and was like, 'Hey, where can I get the missing part?' And guess what? They were super quick to respond and really sorry about it. And then, you know what they did? They offered to fix it or send me a whole new bag! And today, I got the replacement with a handwritten note from Kirsty. It was amazing, guys! I'm so happy with my new bag! Yaaas!

I got the Harriet bag in Stone hoping it would be spacious and slouchy, but I was let down. The bag had a lot of noticeable issues. Firstly, it had small dents and creases that really stood out because of its big size and light colour. It seemed like the bag hadn't been stored properly before being shipped. Also, the raw edge seams made the bag look unfinished, and the leather didn't hang as nicely as I expected for a slouchy style bag. The leather itself wasn't great quality, lacking that luxurious feel and smell you'd normally expect. The zips on the bag were cheap too, made of plastic and felt like they would easily break or get stuck. The bag's design, with two compartments, seemed unnecessary for a slouchy bag. Even the short strap with buckles had raw leather loops that weren't properly finished. The only good thing was the fabric strap I got separately, which I can use with my other bags. To sum up, I was really disappointed with the bag's quality, especially when compared to other brands I've bought from.
