I ordered 3 t shirts and paid for them on 8/6/23 the delivery courier is yodel when i tracked my order today the 20/6/23 it said my parcel is with sender and they are waiting for the items i sent an email to atlas and have not recieved any reply

Placed my order on the Sunday and it arrived the following Saturday and i was kept updated on email.
The price for 5 shirts was brilliant and the quality did not disappoint.
Would definitely use them again.Ladies footwear
I ordered a pair of shoes on 1st February 2023. The wrong shoes were sent and I attempted to return them.
That was the start of a seven week saga during which I was repeatedly -
a) Told that I was mistaken
b) Asked for proof of everything I said
c) Promised that my return postage costs would be reimbursed.
Eventually the goods were returned and the original purchase price was refunded, but NOT my postage charges.
Despite proving that I had paid the charges and that I had been promised a refund I have still not received them after 7 long weeks.
The company's response to my Trustpilot review was to immediately post a reply claiming (falsely...) that my charges had now been reimbursed.
This is a company to avoid!Mens lightweight jackets
Following my complaints and disappointed review on July 12, my goods have now been received and are satisfactory. I do not know if the delay was due to Atlas or due to the courier company. However alls well that ends well.

Item ordered 2 July. Atlas advised that order was ready to send to Courier on 6 July. Advised that item had been handed to Courier 9 July. Courier Yodell say they have still not received the item from Atlas by 12 July. Atlas say they can do nothing about it until 18 July. Not good enough!

I found the service very quick & easy to order when ordering though Atlas for Men the prices for the item are very reasonable & easy to Afford

Order placed beginning of July. So far complete order not received! Will not order anything again.
Sent an order away 18th August...received one item still waiting for two tops and a belt...terrible catalogue company....when my order is finally complete I will not be ordering anything else...

Now more than two weeks since I ordered and I am still told, "oh we are sooo busy, we can't possibly send out an order so quickly" What they tell you on the phone doesn't match what the web site tells you.
Wondering if the company is even legit and I will ever see anything.
