Tattoo-themed clothing purchase
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years now, and I must say, I've always been blown away by the quality and design of their tattoo-themed clothing. They started off with just a few items, but now they've really grown into a successful business. It's obvious they've put in a lot of hard work, and they definitely deserve all the success they've achieved. The clothes they offer are always stylish, edgy, and top-notch quality. Although I'm a fan of the tattoo theme, I would be thrilled to see them venture into a biker style theme in the future - I reckon it would be a fantastic addition to their collection. Overall, my experience with this company has been nothing but positive, and I plan to keep on supporting them for the foreseeable future.
Women's bralet/sports bra in size 8
I recently bought a women's bralet/sports bra from Bad Monday in a size 8, but it turned out to be way too small. Even though I am usually a size 8 and wear a 34C, the bralet just didn't fit me properly. I returned it right away and got a size 12 instead, which fitted me perfectly. The company was really fast in sending me the new size I asked for. The only downside was that I had to pay for the return, but it was only 80p, so I can't really complain about that. In the end, I was happy with my purchase once I got the right size.
Black hoodie with skull print
I absolutely love the clothes at Bad Monday, the designs are so cool! Not to mention, the fabric is incredibly comfortable and the prints still look amazing even after multiple washes. You can tell they put a lot of care into their products because the quality is fantastic. On top of that, they have some fantastic sales so you can grab some really good bargains. I've ordered from the Netherlands before and my package usually arrives within three days, which is pretty quick! It's definitely one of my favourite places to shop!
T-shirt and hoodie
I recently bought a t-shirt and hoodie from this online shop. After being ripped off by another brand on social media, I was a bit wary when ordering. The website said I'd get my delivery in 1-3 days, but it actually took a week to arrive. However, I realised the delay was probably due to the pandemic. The good thing was the customer service - they kept me up to date with regular emails about my order. All in all, I'd say give this store a try, but just be ready for possible hold-ups, especially with COVID-19 around.
1 jacket and 1 tshirt
I bought a jacket and a t-shirt. The t-shirt was fine, it survived the first wash without any issues. However, the jacket was a disaster - the branding started peeling off after just 3 weeks. I'm really disappointed, it wasn't worth the £90 at all.
Size small zip hoodie
I bought a small zip hoodie from this company not long ago, but I was really let down by the size. When it arrived, it was like an extra large and it was way too big for me. I had to ask for a refund for the hoodie, but they didn't give me back the money I spent on shipping or sending it back.
Leggings and joggers
I recently bought some really cool leggings and joggers from this store. They arrived quickly and looked amazing! I couldn't find anything similar on other tattoo clothing websites. The joggers were a bit too big, but they included a returns form, so I can easily exchange them. I'm excited for my new ones to arrive! It would be even better if they offered free returns though. I would purchase a lot more if I didn't have to pay for returns. All in all, it's pretty good.
Black Friday order
I bought something from the company on Black Friday, but it looks like my order got lost on the way. The customer service team has been super helpful and quick at sorting this out. They're talking to me about getting a replacement if they still have it in stock. Apart from this little problem, I've always been really happy with their service. The clothes I've bought are top quality, and they've kept their colour and quality over time.
Shirts for tall individuals
I've had a hard time finding shirts that are long enough for my tall frame before because most of them seem to be wide but not long. But luckily, I found a brand that actually makes shirts that fit me perfectly - they're just the right length and fit me like a glove. Plus, the designs are really nice so I ended up buying more than one to make sure I don't run out. I would definitely suggest it to anyone tall or who likes a longer fit!

cool top
I bought this really cool top but it took ages to arrive! I tried emailing and messaging them but hardly got a response. I placed my order ages ago and it still hasn't shown up. So frustrating! Won't be shopping with them again and won't be recommending to my friends either.
Lighter purchase
I couldn't believe it! I bought a lighter from that place and honestly, it's a bit of a joke. They make a big deal about giving you a tin and a pouch, but guess what? The logo on the pouch is already coming off! And as for the lighter itself, it's rusting and peeling. Plus, the zippo barely fits the case they give you. It's all a bit of a mess, really. I'd rather spend my money on something that's actually worth it than waste it on a joke like this.
Cool design, poor quality, and oversized attire
I really liked the super cool designs from this brand at first, but I was pretty let down by my overall experience. Firstly, their website said they had women's sizes, but the XS size was still way too big for me, even though I'm quite tall. If they made smaller sizes, I'd definitely think about buying more from them. Also, the quality of the products isn't great and definitely needs to be better.
My purchase was a disaster
I ordered something and it was a complete disaster! The customer service was absolutely awful! They didn't refund the shipping costs when I had to return an item. So, I ended up having to pay double for shipping. I definitely won't be ordering from here again!

Even though I usually get top-notch stuff from this shop, my most recent encounter with their delivery service has let me down. I've been a regular customer, often spending over £100 per order, and I've always been happy with what I get. But this time, my order, which had crucial items for an upcoming trip, hasn't shown up within the 2-3 day timeframe they promised. I really appreciate punctuality and dependability, so this delay has been really annoying and inconvenient. I know delays can happen, but it's a letdown when you're counting on a certain delivery time for important stuff.
Bought some clothes
I ordered some clothes and it took forever for them to send them out! They claim they dispatch in 1-3 days, but mine took 9 working days! It's been 22 days now, and I still haven't received my stuff. I've sent them 4 emails, but they haven't replied at all. Not cool, mate!
T-shirt purchase disappointment
I recently bought some t-shirts from this online shop, and I have to say I was really disappointed with the quality. The material was thin, the printing and stitching were not great, and the shirts faded a lot after only a few washes. It was so different from another t-shirt I got at a similar time from a different brand, which has stayed in good condition even after lots of washes. I've given this store a few tries but sadly, the quality problems keep happening. It's a shame because they have some great designs, but the quality just doesn't meet my expectations.

I was really impressed by how stylish the fashion items I bought from this brand were. The quality was even better than I expected, and I was so happy with how fast my order arrived, all the way to France! The service was brilliant too, with the staff being really helpful and knowledgeable when I needed assistance.
