Knew I was pleased, honestly
Quick turnaround, big relief
I wasn't sure at first, had bad experiences before and needed something for a sore back after moving, but the order arrived so quickly and it's really helped — properly relieved and grateful, I'll buy again.

BHT. I emailed customer service twice and got nothing back. Hair looks fine, but I'm uneasy. Won't buy again; check labels, honestly.
